I have been looking for an acrylic puppy pen for my forthcoming litter of medium breed dogs. As I couldn’t find a UK company that manufactures what I was looking for I was delighted to find that clearly loved pets were advertising exactly what I was looking for and the expansion kits (bought separately) that I could add to make the size of pen I wanted for our puppies. I tried to order and got a message that they could accept an order of multiple products in one order for international shipping due to a glitch in their system and was advised to order the pen and the expansion kits separately. I have done so this evening and have been charged a total of £708.88 shipping and import taxes for a product order of £582.59. I emailed their customer service and explained that I didn’t have an option but to order in 2 separate orders as I couldn’t order in one order and asked for one of the shipping orders to be reimbursed. The reply was very quick that they cant do anything about the shipping costs. HENCE I HAVE ASKED THEM TO CANCELLED my order

Wired crates and playpens are very dangerous. I’m so happy for this product that keeps my pet safe. Wish it was cheaper and I hope it’s gonna last long.

I'm in the process of trying to get this company to do the right thing and refund my purchase due to a faulty their dangerous and faulty product that harmed my dog. I do not recommend this product as the clear panels are a Hazard for animals. They can't see it and they do not adjust to it as the company advises. Instead of doing the right thing and refunding my purchase. They are demanding I pay to ship and do go through the hassle of shipping this hazardous nd cumbersome item back on my own dime and my own trouble. Not to mention the trouble this has caused my puppy in injuries due to the clear panels that are a hazard. I'm simple just requesting the company do the right thing and refund my purchase for the hassle and trauma caused to me pet. I do not believe I should have to pay for shipping cost or even have to be hassle with shipping back after all I've dealt with thus far. Please do the right thing.
