BEWARE EXTORTIONATE SHIPPING AND TAXES COSTS TO THE UK AND THEY WONT SHIP MULTIPLE PRODUCTS IN ONE ORDER
I have been looking for an acrylic puppy pen for my forthcoming litter of medium breed dogs. As I couldn’t find a UK company that manufactures what I was looking for I was delighted to find that clearly loved pets were advertising exactly what I was looking for and the expansion kits (bought separately) that I could add to make the size of pen I wanted for our puppies. I tried to order and got a message that they could accept an order of multiple products in one order for international shipping due to a glitch in their system and was advised to order the pen and the expansion kits separately. I have done so this evening and have been charged a total of £708.88 shipping and import taxes for a product order of £582.59. I emailed their customer service and explained that I didn’t have an option but to order in 2 separate orders as I couldn’t order in one order and asked for one of the shipping orders to be reimbursed. The reply was very quick that they cant do anything about the shipping costs. HENCE I HAVE ASKED THEM TO CANCELLED my order

We're sorry you were disappointed with your experience ordering from us. There were 2 different issues happening here. The first is that we had a temporary technical issue preventing an international order to be placed for multiple items that added up to more than 100 lbs. We offered a work around of placing two separate orders, which would have resulted in the same total shipping cost had they been ordered together. This problem has since been fixed. The 2nd issue was that shipping to the UK is extraordinarily expense for our large, heavy boxes. The shipping is determined by UPS, not us. Shipping to the UK is often more than the product itself. We can understand cancelling your order due to this high cost and wish we could ship there for less. Sorry again for the disappointing experience.
