Customer service unresponsive. Sent replacement filter and billed me against my request. Very difficult to cancel. I am sure there are better options out there! Do NOT engage with this one.

Manufacturing defects, beyond horrible customer service, shady testing, ill never purchase again

I have an under the sink filtration system from clearly filtered. The previous owners owned it a year before me. It began to leak and flooded under my sink. When I called the company, the representative told me to send a video and they would replace the top piece. After calling again, another representative told me since I did not originally purchase the unit and I was out of luck! And, the cold water also always came out extremely slow. I will be taking it out! And, the replacement cartridges are $400!! ridiculous!

I bought the Clearly filtered pitcher after reading Mamavation's review. It doesn't work on softened water from a well. The water still tastes salty. Trying to return the replacement filter from my subscription. There was no warning my subscription was going to ship again until the day before it was delivered so now I have to return it and pay for shipping twice. Such a hassle. Other companies give you a warning before your subscription renews so you can cancel before it ships. Not Clearly Filtered.

We installed a Clearly Filtered under sink system in April of 2025, as we had an arsenic level in our drinking water that was over the suggested limit of 10 parts per billion (ours was 13 parts per billion). Clearly Filtered's website clearly states that the under sink system removes "94.27%" of arsenic. Unfortunately I did not have our water tested after installing their system, as I trusted what their website said. We changed our filters after a year, as was suggested. We had our water tested with the new filters, and our arsenic level was 12 part per billion. So the system DID NOT remove ANY arsenic. We drank arsenic-laced water for over a full year. I would NOT trust Clearly Filtered products if you want clean, drinkable water.

There is mold in the seems of the pitcher. They refuse to replace it and. Argued back and forth about it. Wanting us to pay for a costly new pitcher. Kathleen is rude and won’t honor the warranty . This doesn’t even have a lifetime warranty either. Do not buy this !!

If you have unopened merchandise, there's no logical reason why they can't take it back, except they want to grab your money and keep it. Further, the pitcher is miserable to use to pour the water out. Their prices are no bargain, but they have little empathy for those of us scrambling to make ends meet.

Algae collected between the seams in this product. I could not clean this. This is a design flaw. When I contacted the company for a replacement piece I was told it was out of warranty. This company offers a “limited lifetime” warranty. This is misleading marketing. There’s no lifetime warranty. Do not buy this!
