I spoke with Dwayne Dash on 2 different occasions. I have not felt so at ease since the whole Medicare started and have been bombarded with phone calls and mail I felt as though Dwayne was so honest and sincere about all my needs.

The lady was so nice and helpful. She answered all my questions. I usually hung up on these people but for some reason I stayed on the line and I'm glad I did.

This company was caught harassing a disabled veteran with 312 illegal telemarketer calls in 85 days! They were absolutely busted on a recorded call. 99% of them were from different numbers. I have been on the DNC list since 2016. I absolutely have never, NEVER, given out my number for any promotion, inquiry, contest, sales info, & definitely have never given consent for telemarketing, or any other sales call – solicited or unsolicited. My data was stolen as part of the 2017 Equifax security breach & was part of their settlement. That was also when my call problems started, but nothing like what is happening now. I have service-related injuries, so my medical is covered 100% by the VA for the rest of my life. No one in this household is even of Medicare age anyway as I am only 63, & the only one that uses this number. On August 11, 2023 I started receiving calls – lots of them. They came from overseas call centers (India or Pakistan) with cold calls for Medicare & other insurance garbage. Some of the 300+ numbers also showed a chronic history online as preying on people with the auto warranty robocalls, credit card refi scams, loan refi scams, & things of this nature. The calls started pouring in up to 15 times a day – all from the same call center. From the very first call they were told to stop calling, that I am on the DNC list, that no one here was of Medicare age, that I get full medical from the VA, & to STOP CALLING. These calls were recorded. Got that? Recorded. Some of the calls also spoofed the caller ID & I have numerous people & business that are quite upset about this & agreed to testify if needed. At the end of October, I had enough. The calls would not stop, despite my hundreds of recorded demands for them to stop. I started telling the illegal telemarketers what they wanted to hear. I gave them a fake name & age & learned what they did, & did’nt want to hear – as they ask questions to screen the victim for the US company engaging in this criminal activity. On November 4th, the 309th call, I finally found out who was behind this. The India call center asked the same questions as the hundreds of others – they then transferred me to a 2nd person who repeated the questioning, & if they felt it was safe, they then transferred the victim to the US company behind all these illegal calls. I caught them & the call was fully recorded, including the call back that proved who it was. The caller identified himself as Austin Teig of Clear Link Insurance. When I asked where they were based, he hung up. Before I became completely disabled, I did work on cases for the FBI & the FTC, so finding your agent caught on the illegal telemarketing call only took me a few minutes. I found his license number & the physical address for Clear Link. I also saw where they had 2 pages on the BBB. One page shows an F rating & is filled with people complaining about all the illegal telemarketing, & the other is a newer one that hides their criminal past. TrustPilot does not allow links but I did notify the BBB on this & complaints were filed on both pages. I then attempted to reach the agent directly. The person I spoke to verified that Austin worked at Clear Link & often works from home. I left a message for hi to call me asap. He never did. I also called the company & left several messages at their HR department – including one that played the illegal telemarketer recording proving what Clear Link does. No replies. This company uses numerous websites – two of which are clearlink.com & clearlinkinsurance.com. Both use the same format & logo. On the 309th call that I caught them on they used the phone number of 310-299-0664, which appeared on the caller ID. Calling that number back plays a recording claiming I qualified for a $100 gift card. When you call the number on their clearlinkinsurance.com page of 833-921-1099, this also makes the same claim. These were recorded as well. I als have a network printout showing exactly when all incoming & outgoing calls are made. I also have a full listing of all 312 calls that shows the numbers, times & dates. In addition – I also list all the prior complaints online that your numbers have been accused of. These include, but are not limited to, people complaining these numbers were also used for vehicle warranty robocalls, debt refi robocalls, fake credit card alerts claiming they are offering a lower interest rate, discounted internet, etc. This is documented as well. 312 illegal telemarketing calls in 85 days to a disabled veteran is well beyond harassment. This shows malicious intent. I have reported this to the FTC & also the Utah AG. I included the recorded call exposing your firm along with a detailed list of the 312 calls as of 11/04/2023. The Violations of the TCPA & malicious harassment of a house-bound disabled veteran that was fully recorded. This needs to stop.
