Corey was very helpful in finding plans available in my area. He assisted in reviewing two plans. He was knowledgeable and when asked a question, if he did not know the answer he contacted a supervisor that could answer the question. Corey clarified the benefits, amount of co-pay and out of pocket expenses as well as what need prior authorization.

Answers were given clearly, concisely,and without being put on hold for the "moment" to find said answered. The person I spoke to spoke clear English. That alone is EXTREMELY important. I am NOT prejudice against anyone, but phone conversations with any strong foreign accent to me, is SO FRUSTRATING. I cant imagine it's much better for them. FACT: communication can not take place if either party is not understanding all parts of it.
