The agent coded the account incorrectly, so the plan was cancelled and I have to wait another month to sign up.

When I got my enrollment info and ID card it was not right. I was told by Clearlink I could have all my doctors which wasn't the case. Aetna said my primary wasn't covered and kept trying to steer me to another primary doctor. I cancelled Aetna and went back to my old plan.
