Grateful to Patrick & his supervisor for removing the fee I incurred as a result of not being able to get through for a couple weeks. It was a frustrating experience but no issue is too big to overcome I just wanted to move forward with my original rate. It is really difficult to reach customer service. I've had to wait and on top of that it send me to voicemail. I had to continue calling for days. They must not like answering people. I've also had to wait on both the phone and the chat at the same time and they just take forever.
