Had implants from clear choice done 7 years ago and was having yearly cleanings at the same location and no issues they were great, but since then I have moved 3hrs away and now find out that no implant center can clean implants done by clear choice due to the fact that clear choice has their own brand of screws & implants which means other implant centers can not repair or clean them I have reached out to Customer Service at Clear Choice numerous times and it is a waste of time. No response. So $52,000 later and you can’t receive maintenance cleanings. It’s like buying a car and not being able to have the oil changed.

I had implants done at Clear Choice in Knoxville, Tn. The experience was fantastic. I am totally happy with the results. Everyone were true pros. The protocols, safety measures, thoroughness of everybody involved was stellar. My experience with this business location was life changing. I would give this business location more than (5) stars. As one gets older, people need maintenance and teeth are one of those things. Implants are a better choice for someone that has missing teeth. But the thought of surgery sometimes can be scary. Having or being supported by friends or family members is always a plus when it comes to helping you to make those kinds of decisions. When I read that Clearchoice would give a $50 gift card to the person that comes along with the person needing the implant dental work, I asked a dear friend to accompany me to my first initial consultation at Clearchoice. I went to the Long Island City for that consultation. My friend put her name and an email on a list to have her promised $50 gift card sent to her. It is now working on one month and no gift card was ever sent. $58000 was the quote that I was given by Clearchoice to have my implant dental work done so that is clearly something to think about before making that type of commitment. So...I needed to think a lot before committing myself. I went back to talk to the person that came with me to my first consultation to get her feed back and she said to me that she NEVER received the promised $50 gift card. So much for this company's integrity, they have none. If a company cannot keep their promise on small things, why would anyone believe them to do the right thing on bigger things like a $58000 implant job? And after now reading other clients experience with Clearchoice. The choice is very clear, DO NOT USE Clearchoice as your choice for implants.

It saddens me to have to write this review, as I had high hopes of success with the implants that were implanted into my mouth, but such is not the case... I unfortunately required full mouth implants - both top & bottom. Yes - all teeth needed replacing with a full set of implants in my case. Major. After all prep was performed, I finally had the surgery, and after the rather lengthy (expected...) healing period, I had a full set of nice teeth. But over a couple of years, I noticed that things were - not by any means - perfect. Now I don't expect absolute perfection, but what I DO expect, especially after paying $58,000 for these implants, is not to be BOTHERED by them in my daily life... Yes. That's right. $58,000. That's the price of a LUXURY MID-SIZE SUV. I'm paying monthly payments (probably for the rest of my life) of $883. Yes. Every month. After I wrote down the 4 significant problems I was having with my new, beautiful teeth, I contacted ClearChoice in Long Island City, NY, where I had the surgery done. An appointment was made, and they heard my case. They concluded that creating a new set would be required. Yes, a completely new set. I thought that after all the hassle of the myriad appointments I had to schedule, for fittings, trial teeth, etc., in the end, I would have near-perfect teeth that would NOT bother me daily. Such was not the case... After nearly 2 years of going in for appointments, they couldn't seem to get it right because one thing or another was wrong with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd test replacement sets. Perhaps ONE of the issues would be resolved, but the other 3 issues remained. So, another test set would be made. Then, possibly TWO of the OTHER issues would be resolved, but not the OTHER two. Back and forth I went, with new sets being made, then I'd have to test them, which would take weeks or sometimes months. I would come back and report that there were still issues with the new replacement set, so again, another test set would have to be made. More appointments, more testing... It felt like the prosthodontist, Dr. Farien Franklyn, didn't completely understand what I was saying in my complaints. Aside from constant extra saliva & slurred speech, one major complaint I had was that there was a gap in the lower back teeth where food was constantly getting 'caught' and stuck - driving me up the wall. But with how she described it to me, the 'lab' just couldn't completely fix this, and I would have to 'live' with this annoyance. $58,000, and I have to 'live' with food getting stuck in my teeth, after every meal, or snack. Out on a date, having dinner, - I MUST LIVE WITH FOOD STUCK IN MY TEETH. After over 2 years of all the appointments, testing, re-testing, re-doing, I came back after testing the 5th (or 6th ?) test set, and they STILL were causing issues, Dr. Farien Franklyn threw up her arms, told the dental assistant to put back in my original set - the ones I complained about in the FIRST place - TWO YEARS AGO - and referred me to another ClearChoice way out on Long Island - or in New Jersey. Right. I live in Manhattan - and don't have a car, so... THAT's going to be fun... And she didn't even look me in the eye while she was tossing me aside & informing me that I was now to fend for myself. She said she would contact the other ClearChoice locations, but 2 months late, I haven't heard a peep from her - or the office - since that last 'Goodbye & Good Riddance' appointment. $58,000.00 - and booted out of the Long Island City ClearChoice. They even gave me all the sets of teeth we've gone through, saying the other offices, whichever one I decide to go to, will need them. Then they had me sign a legal waiver, and BOOM! Out the door. I asked myself "What just happened...?". I felt like I was being banished from their office forever. Not even a goodbye from Dr. Farien Franklyn. $58,000.00. $883 a month for who knows how long... Thank you, Long Island City ClearChoice & thank you to Dr. Franklyn. One question I have: Wasn’t there ANOTHER prosthodontist at the Long Island City office who perhaps had more experience and could really actually listen to my issues – and take the appropriate actions? So - I’m living with the original problematic set… because I don’t see myself going all the way out to Garden City, Long Island, or New Jersey. $58,000.00. Nice. P.S. I still haven’t heard from Dr. Franklyn after 2 months, even though she said she would help in the ‘transfer’ of my account and issues.

Work was OK but way too expensive. Said $130 for one hour using three men to cut bushes. Charged $230 for one hour because 4 men did job. One fellow did nothing that I saw and I watched half the time. $17 for tax added to labor. Very disappointed in price and given how much it cost the work itself was not as good compared to others used in the past.

Personal was great on the first visit. That was one of the factors for me choosing them. Some showed their true color later. The main Dr. when I did show my concerns past it off as a joke. I had to have a bone graft first. I came sightly awake but went right back out. I do remember things that were happening and was told "Oh No, that was just your imagination." My right side of my nose after almost 3 years still does not have full feeling. Then came the official implants. There again I briefly came out of the drugs but went out quickly again. During that time I DID hear the drill and felt the pressure. (no real pain tho) Again, "Oh no, that was just your imagination." Now that I have my teeth in, I have complained at each visit since. When I eat, food piles up in my cheeks and I feel like a chipmunk. I have to bring a pik everywhere I go. The food gets trapped between the plate and my gums. (the outer edges). I've told the Dr this too. She just says "Drink more when you eat." "You have dry mouth" She gives me med and it does nothing for helping with the food getting tapped. I do have dry eyes, it helped them. As for as I can tell NOT dry mouth. There again, if I drank any more I wouldn't be eating I'd just be drinking. Called her again with the complaint and she evidently forgot she already gave me meds for that. Sent out more. I know 4 different people with implant full or one or the other plate. 3 say they don't have that problem. 1 said he had that problem and the dentist took new impression and was getting him a new plate. Mine seems to find fault only with me not drinking enough. I sip on a drink ALL day long. It's by my chair and if I want a drink I take one. If I run out, I fix another one. One other thing my nose still tingles, and now so does the area between my chin and lip on the left side. It's been over a year since I got my permanent plates. $60 K and this is what I'm now stuck with. I can only hope the feeling comes back to the areas in my face. There was a change of the 3 different surgeons while I was going there. That should have been my first flag. I had already invested too much to go elsewhere. Would I tell you to go to Clear Choice NO, NO, NO. I thought, they do this day in and day out. They should have all the bugs out. The 4 people I know used private dentist that did not specialize in implants and came out better than I did. This was done before 3/21/2023 but it doesn't let me go back to actual date. This will be an ongoing problem because the Dr. does not seem to want to address the real issue. Guess I'll have to go to someone that maybe cares and get another plate if they find that to be the problem. My Dr. only finds fault in it being my health issues. Which I am not on any meds, and have no real health issues. Go figure.

I've had implants for 3 years now. It took Dr Pinkston 2 years to get them straight. 1 year later & I'm unsatisfied with space between my gums & the implants. I went in for my 300 dollar cleaning today. I asked to speak to a doctor concerning the space issue. A message was relayed to me (didn't see Dr.) that space is normal & will go away. This is 3 years into the process. I asked to see Dr Pinkston & was told no, that would not be possible. So I told the doctor treating me today about my concern & now I don't want to pay the 300$ fee. I was then referred to the office manager. She informed me the fee would stand. I again asked to speak with Dr. Pink & I was immediately told that would not be possible. I informed them I would use social media to the fullest extent of the law & they would see a drop off in new business. Dr. Pinkston was too busy so here we are. Do NOT USE CLEAR CHOICE in St. Louis. There are other dentists that do implants. DO NOT USE DR PINKSTON. There is no main clear choice as they are owned & operated across the country. There is a phone number in very small print impossible to find. They were helpful and do have some control over Dr Pinkston. They filled out a service ticket that is going to upper management. I will keep everyone posted
