They did my implants and they did not work. There was an infection and they would not see me for 3 months and I remained in pain. Do not go to them. They care about money and that's about it. This occurs afew years ago.

I had my teeth pulled then started having health issues and it’s not due to having them pulled but now I can’t have my implants put in and they will not do anything to help me so I wouldn’t recommend anybody using them if it not in good health I’ve called the office numerous times and get the same thing we will have to talk to management and then I never hear anything back from them they seem not to care about the people just the money!!!!! 2025 to present day nothing has been done

Clear choice has refused to fix my lower denture which broke after only three years of use. And it is expensive i put five thousand down and finnanced about fifteen thousand. I did my dentures at the clear choice in Orlando, Florida at the metrowest clinic on park center dr and then moved to Atlanta. When in Atlanta they broke and i called the clear choice clinic on piedmont rd and they said they needed a release of records from Orlando which after several attempts they finally complied and sent from Orlando to Atlanta via e mail. However in Atlanta they claimed that the office or clinic in Orlando did not send it in complete or did not fill it out correctly. So i got in touch with the person in charge and she claims that she did fill it out correctly. So i called back the office in piedmont rd in Atlanta and asked them to specifically let me know what she filled out incorrectly, which Bria did, thats her name in Atlanta. So i get back to Orlando and left a message for Mirta Pagan the treatment coordinador, and ive called several times and left several voice mails, to which ive gotten no replies. I also called the Natuon Wide Advocate number i have for clear choice and filed a complaint, and have gotten no reply. So please if you're thinking about having your dentures done with clear choice, please reconsider. I've been without dentures for three months already, and am still making payments to Lending Point.

I am a patient there, and I can tell the service is declining significantly. I had an appointment for hygiene and maintenance about 6 months ago, but a day or two before that, the office called and canceled it, saying, "We are so busy!" I asked if they were going to call me back and reschedule, and she said she would. 2, 3 weeks later, since I hadn't heard anything from them, I called them back twice in two weeks, but no one picked up the phone calls. I left messages twice, asking them to call me back and reschedule my appt. A week later, I called back, and the office told me they won't have a doctor who can do that until next Jan., which is Jan. 2027. WOW, they didn't tell me that in the beginning. Anyway, I reported that my lower one is loose and moving, so I need to see a doctor ASAP. Also, I told them that the way they put them back after the hygiene appointment made it hard for me to pronounce a lot of words clearly, so people had a hard time understanding me. Further, I told the lady that I already purchased a new set of screws, and the office should have it. I need that new set to be put on my implants, too. However, the office told me that they couldn't find a record that I had already paid for it (?!?). And they can't grant my requests: (1st) hygiene; (2nd) fix the settlement so that I could speak like I used to; (3) find a record of me paying for a new set of screws. Can you believe it? Putting in upper and lower implants cost me more than $40k, and every 6 months, I would have to pay at least $300+ for the hygiene. It seems to me that if I don't, either the lower or the upper one will come loose. I don't know exactly why it has happened like that, but they do get loose every 6 months or so. Bad design or bad practice? Who knows? I also paid $600+ for a new set of screws. The whole thing isn't cheap; it's rather very expensive. But it hurts me more that they treated me like this after I have been their customer for more than 7 years. Very frustrated! I don't know who else I should escalate this problem. Anyway, this's a warning to anyone thinking about getting service at ClearChoice in Overland Park, KS.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in Garden City. Considering how expensive the treatment is, I expected to be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. From the receptionist to the coordinator and even the doctor, I did not feel welcomed or treated like a valued patient. Their attitude toward me made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was not even a patient there. When you are spending a significant amount of money on dental implants, you should not have to feel this way when dealing with the people responsible for your care. Good patient care is not only about the dental procedure—it is also about communication, respect, and how patients are treated. Based on my personal experience, the customer service and treatment I received were very disappointing. For such an expensive service, I expected much better. I hope ClearChoice Garden City takes patient concerns seriously and improves the way patients are treated.

They told me it would be no problem replacing my tooth. After all the prep went for the final fitting and the tooth would not mount properly. They said it would be fixed the next week. Went back again and the exact same problem. Left and not going back. If they can't get it right on two tries not giving them a third chance.

I recently paid over 34,000 to have upper dental implants at clear choice the villages and my experience was horrible. I’m handicapped and was treated especially by the manager line I had a disease. I must take some responsibility as I should have read all the negative reviews and the 15 complaints on the Better business bureau. I wasn’t able to complete all the work due to the lousy service. I’m paying again for the completion on the work. I’m not asking anyone to believe me just look for yourself all the negative feedback. I’m older and it’s truly a shame that people in these establishments can treat anyone however they want and there’s no repercussions. I manage a million dollar service business and wouldn’t have a job if I treated people like staff and Manager at clear choice Villages’s shame on them!! I’m willing to pay even more out of pocket to hire a lawyer to pursue a lawsuit just so no one else ever has to endure what I paid to happen to me. Apparently Handicap means something different to Clear choice my guess is someone to take advantage of and mislead and tell them everything they want to hear until the check clears. I even had a staff member contact the financial institution I asked for a refund for work not done this person sent a request stating I changed my mind and did not want the refund. Not true! But again they did it and I’m still got nothing to show for all the false Statements and crappy treatment rich just keep getting richer working people suffer is if we don’t suffer enough!
