OK so I didn’t spend a lot of time figuring out how to use this but all I know is it should’ve been simple and even when I went to clean email and looked for missing emails they stayed missing. Permanently really important emails still can’t find them. Customer service is tepid.

I'm in my '60s. About 10 minutes to figure out how it works. About another 10 minutes to clean out all the old subscriptions. What a relief!

The tool did not require any effort from me to unsubscribe from more than 6000 sites, that I collected by mistake or unawareness during a years. I just was thinking of leaving that account.
