Clean EmailReviews of clean.email

Finally a tool that makes sense. Lots of useful functionality. I was drowning in email that wasn't relevant, and my inbox was a mess. I thought about getting a new email altogether. I found Clean Email, bought it and figured I would give it a try. It works really well, and I love the features. It bulk gathers and allows you to make decisions (and unmake them if you screw it up). I recommend highly giving it a shot.

So far, so good, my email is getting cleaner every day!

Excellent cleaning tool for email.

Ease of use, intelligent way of cleaning my emails.

I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to warn others. I upgraded to Clean Email expecting a streamlined inbox and a simplified unsubscribe process. Instead, I was flooded with previously dormant marketing emails, Gmail started flagging multiple suspicious login attempts (which I’d never seen before), and I was still left manually unsubscribing via links at the bottom of emails. The “Unsubscribe” feature simply moved emails to a folder — something I could’ve done with a basic free rule. Support was extremely passive-aggressive and unhelpful. Despite providing evidence and removing my data from the platform within two days, they refused a refund, citing policy over actual user experience. If you value your time, privacy, and inbox, I suggest steering well clear. Verdict? Clean Email made a mess. 0/5 for effort, 1/5 for folder rearrangement — and ironically, the only thing they cleaned out… was my wallet.

New to this but seems pretty awesome

Ease of use, options for cleaning large amounts of email, e.g. from recent to "older than 5 years," "older than 10 years." Minimal learning curve.
