they lie to their customers. promise a free product yet when u got to send it u got to pay 7.99$. i own multiple businesses and send thousands across the USA and one i know a item that size and being untracked costs usually 1-3$ if that. the rest is pure profit. they're lying to their customers to make more sales. garbage company and strategy . ontop of that it takes 8-9 weeks to even get it if it even shows up which usually doesn't. they also write themselves good reviews on their facebook. terrible company never would recommend using a company like this. lying, stealing, how much more unethical can you get

Terrible customer service and false advertising. The prizes are not real or extremely misleading.

I can say they are pathetic on their customer service. And sometimes the machine workers will interfere. Have had it happen several times. Started a game after multiple plays getting a prize in position to be grabbed. A worker stands in front of the camera then gets out of the way leaving me with only a few sec to move after they reset the prizes to beginning position. Sure they gave me my coins back but they refused to give the other game play coins back that where the lead up to trying to win. Have even noticed that the more you win the higher they raise the coin cost for game play. Have watched cheap items go from 250 to 1000 per play. Seen claws loosen up in the middle of a carry. I have won prizes still waiting for them to arrive. recommend just avoiding this app. They are shady in how they operate their games. Also if your playing the game avoid the win coin machines they are rigged to sucker you every time. Sure you will win a few. However they are there to rob you of your coins.

Not worth it, many of time I have perfectly lifted the item and it reaches the top and then just drops, I know the game is made to make it highly unlikely to collect prize, game Is a piece of shxt. Avoid.

Don't Play this App its consider not worth it Cause the Prizes are seriously broken/rigged since claws are seriously faulty most of the times prizes doesn't lifted at all seriously when moving the arrow and its always few seconds off or slowness and once it goes down it never lifts fully I have reported this to clawee but services doesn't even listen to customer at all since only thing that works just the Daily Bonus Ball if you purchase coins but others machines prizes are just completely broken and malfunctioning and service isn't paying attention at all

Played one 2 toys didn’t get the one I won got 1 cheap tiny teddy emailed them they where being very complicated ignorant it’s all a scam take your money is all there out for
