I would give them zero stars if I could. Not only is the app horrible but they don’t pay their content contributors and terminate contracts with zero notice. They have no compassion for their contributors!

I think I need to provide some balance to the reviews. I have played on Clawee since it first opened in 2017/18 it's now massive in comparison to the early days but is still as fun to play. The idea is simple it's an online grabber machine like the ones you play with in many arcades/amusements. If you've played those you'll understand the games are a little about precision and timing and a lot about how the grabber is designed to "grab" the item. There's no cheating involved, all grabbers on all machines (online or irl) are all set to successfully grab after so many gos and then it's down to your ability to get it in the right place and win your item. You have 2 webcams to line up the grab but also the ability to watch others play and a video (and time) of the previous win. All these things help you to size up the likelihood of a win. The beginners games are purposely set to grab more often, with more prizes to grab, to allow you to practice but also to get sucked in to the addictiveness of it! As you move up the levels the games get harder but they are still fair and you get awarded mission coins and level up coins as you go. Admittedly the cameras can be a bit ropey sometimes, however if the error occurs on their side it will normally cancel the game and refund you. The machines all run a check before the start of a go to make sure the connection is adequate, if it isn't you'll get a message to state the game is cancelled and you'll be refunded. Yes I have lost coins to technical glitches, yes it's frustrating, but if you submit a technical complaint to support they will check the video and provide a refund manually. I've always found the support team to be polite and quick to respond to errors. I'm currently pending a complaint on a duplicate payment through the web version of the clawee store (not Google play) and have provided bank transactions to them, I'm hoping for a refund soon. The prizes do take a long time to arrive. Unlike the advert where they all turn up in a cute box, you'll get them in individual bags straight from the warehouses in China. I have received all my wins but it's taken up to 2 months for them to show up. If you use the Shopify app you can kind of track your items, or at the very least see it's been shipped. All the items have been good quality in the past, the branded items have been real so that's a bonus. This time around I'm pending some reasonably big prizes like Squishmallows so I'm intrigued to see if they are vacuum packed to keep the size down. I've also claimed a few freebie prizes from the ticket store so I'm interested to see the quality of these. I'll update this review when things are starting to come through to give you an idea on how long items took this time and the quality of the prizes. At the end of the day this is a game, a bit like gambling. You aren't guaranteed a win but you can help yourself by learning the ways of the machines, improving your technique and watching others. Stick to low value machines until you feel comfortable playing (you can always exchange prizes back to coins) and take advantage of coin deals when they pop up to give you extra gos. My Update Dec 2022... I'm only awaiting 1 item from back in October. All the Pokemon, Squishmallow and Among Us plushies I received are authentic, just Asian licenced, so you might not of seen that particular version of the toy before. My Freebies have been fine, the fleece throw in particular is lovely. The headphones are fine for kids, more a novelty item. The earrings are good if you have no allergies to metals. Pencil cases, keyrings, charms etc are all acceptable free gifts, nothing expensive but still of you request branded (like Squishmallow, Studio Ghibli, Pokemon, Nintendo) they all come through true to brand, I have received no fake items. The last item I'm waiting for is a Squishable (skoll) and I fear it has gone missing. 5 of my items (inc the still missing one) had tracking via the Netherlands. All showed they have been successfully handed over to the Royal Mail in November! This is where unfortunately for us in the UK at the moment the issues arise. The massive backlogs of mail and overseas items due to strikes and the time of year means items will be in a huge depot somewhere. Clawee can't be help responsible for postal services! I hope my last item arrives and my Totoro / Squishmallow items I won more recently eventually turn up

I won 3 toys really easily on mr “free trial” but as soon as I started paying, it got really dodgy really fast. Any toy caught in a claw falls out. On 6 occasions I played a game worth 38 coins - 1500 coins and the claw gets stuck! It doesn’t move and then your time runs out and the claw drops into vacant space and you loose the coins - there is no way to get your coins back for a machine malfunction . Also when you view the last winner clip, it says success 3 mins ago yet all the animals are in different places, positioned sitting up right which makes it very hard to get a grip. It’s clear as soon as a game finishes- the prizes are all moved back into the hard to get position rather than leaving them as they fall like a normal claw game Total scam

I have always loved claw machines, and this app is brill. When i first started playing i paid a couple of £ for unlimited postage (think around £2-3) and from then on anything i win gets posted for free. I have won a total of 16 soft toys. 3 of which i exchanged for more coins, 13 i asked to be shipped and i have received all of them. Yes some are small, but the games always say how big the toys are, so if you read the description you wont be disappointed. I have 3 very large pokemon toys which would cost £20+ in shops here. All the toys are genuine products. The longest i have waited for shipping is 3 months, but they had a problem with the shipping and updates were being added every few days to my account. Normal shipping is 8 weeks, and some have even arrived in 2/3 weeks. I have contacted the support team a few times if a game has frozen, or if i won 2 items at once, and they always get back within 24 hours resolving the problem crediting my account with coins or additional toys. I spend maybe £5 a month on coins, but with the levelling up, and playing bonuses, that keeps me going all month, and my win rate is 1 in every 4/5 games so its not rigged and much easier to win then craws in an arcade. Genuine app and loads of fun. Toys arrive and active support team for any problems

I think this game is great. All of you guys are complaining because the shipping is taking to long but it take 8 weeks and some people are complaining that the prizes are smaller then they appear at least you get something

I've been playing Clawee for years, I guess you could basically say since the app popped onto the Google Play Store some odd years ago. I have spent extra money on coins which has been great and frustrating (obviously it's frustrating when I cant get the prize and lose all of the coins i purchased really quickly, lol), and I have had almost the same experiences as most everyone is describing. Delays in the machines and claw movements....yep. It's the internet and the company is based in, I believe it's Israel. If you have internet that can handle a server with a ton of people on it while having mechanical things working to the exact millisecond of how and when you want them to work, then you have made miracles happen, my friend! Does it take a while to get your prizes? Well, sure it does. But it's not like the 8 week time frame wasnt disclosed to you, UP FRONT, before you probably clicked a button that said you accept to the terms and agreements of the app....I bet you guys that are complaining forgot to read those tersm, didn't you?! I figured as much. Anyways, I have yet to find any other app that ranks up as high as Clawee and that has as many options of prizes, or that even make the game fun to play every day. Oh, and as far as customer service goes, they are phenomenal. If you have something happen during your game and you miss a prize or lose out on coins because something happened, try finding the "contact supprt" button and click it. Oh yeah, you can go to your account, click on videos and find the video of the game that had something go wrong in it...click that contact support button at the bottom of the video, choose a subject for the message, type what you want to tell them about what happened, click the send button and the video URL sends along with your message & they usually respond within a 24 hour time frame. It's normally within an hour or two. I contact them more than I'd like to admit to, and they have ALWAYS refunded me my coins or made up for the glitch that occurred and caused my game experience to not be satisfactory. So before you complain and tell people Clawee is a scam, try to read the fine print you agreed to upon when installing the app, try to find your video to get customer support to help you with it, and if I can win over 50 prizes and have them delivered and them be here within a reasonable amount of time.. AND I have no job due to COVID anymore amd cant afford many coins, but I still make sure to log on every day for what free rounds and coins I can get. Your prize is on the way ifnit says it js....just be patient and try to practice the machines a little more while you wait on yoir prize. You might win a big prize that ships fast, because the have prizes that say FAST SHIPPING on them in case you can't read that or anything. Trying to be helpful. Clawee is legit and a joy to play; take it from a LONG time loyal user and customer...it's fun, you get prizes and then you get to risk it all for anything else. It's just plain fun, folks.

Don’t play!!!! Waste of money! Horrible customer service! They fix their machines and have tech delays with claw movements. You have a better chance at arcade which is saying something

This is amazing I got my first prize first try and I got my sister a ring plus I don’t know why you guys are complaining that it’s been a week since you got the item and it hasn’t arrived,but maybe if you check the track order on prizes it says the shipping takes 8 weeks so stop complaining .thank you
