Ordered small item over the phone , whit specific colour request! The representative was very polite and helpful ,after week got exactly wat I wanted.Over all very pleasent experience .

Shipping was fast and the bottle was carefully packaged. The glass bottle and glass dropper are nice touches. Other beard oils I use come in plastic vials with an Elmer's Glue cap...not as nice. As for the oil itself, it's rich and fragrant without being over-the-top. My beard feels soft after application, never stuff or greasy. Great product, great company!

Great to do business with. Placed order, created account, nice and easy. I then remembered something else and contacted customer services. Lovely lady, very helpful, order amended. There is no agent for Hart Steel in the UK and I would definitely use Classic Shaving again.
