I ordered a razor and it didn't come with the buckskin sleeve as advertised. I sent them an email and got my buckskin sleeve, a bar of free shaving soap and a HANDWRITTEN letter apologizing! Very impressive.

My husband has recently become interested in shaving the "old fashioned" way. I googled places to get him a brush and some soaps. This website was apealing so I bought some things for him. I was shocked when it was shipped so fast. Also, the prices were very reasonable. Thank you for making my Christmas shopping so easy for my husband.

I received an assortment of classic shaving mug soap, lavender and bay rum. The lavender soap was fresh and while in the mug filled my bathroom with a scent of lavender that I remember permeated my grandfathers bathroom back in the very early 1950's. I loaded a cake of bay rum soap into one of my 11 shaving mugs but have not used it yet. I have been using Col. Conk mug soap for a number of years and in the very short first use of the lavender it beats my other cake mug soaps. Bravo Zulu. (USN well done)

Not only was my order decently priced, but it arrived quickly and well packed. I was a little worried that the soaps might be a bit broken up because it was shipped so far but it arrived in tack, packaged securely and the soaps smell great!

Send a new razor to be sharpened. Took them over 4 weeks before I heard anything, just to be told they can't to anything. Complete waste of my time. And still don't understand why they couldn't do anything. Sent it off to another company with no problems and had it done. Razor sharpening service is a complete waste of time, better off going somewhere else.
