I haven’t ordered anything for a while due to illness. Tried to order a few items. Received an email stating they were refunding my money, no explanation. I called and found out I had not ordered enough, money wise, to satisfy the requirement. This $250 minimum was new since last I ordered. My account has since been deactivated before I could put in a new order.

I received my order in a quick amount of time, in great shape and with the best quality. Thank you!

My experience with Classic did not go well along with my conversation with Chris. I am a very small farm of alpacas and have only begun to sell merchandise one piece at a time to customers who desire them. I ordered one item that Chris returned with the explanation that Classic was only a wholesaler and that I needed to purchase at least $250 on my first order. I did not. Thus, he did not ship. But to his credit, he immediately refunded my money. I did not see a reference to the required $250 when I ordered the product. But, when I returned to the website, I was able to find it under a tab I had not reviewed. I totally understand. But, I also think that Chris should consider us small farmers who are trying our best to grow the industry. We don't have the immediate outlay of cash and have to begin small. He was also very defensive during our phone conversation and showed no empathy for us small farmers, only to his need to make money. I have chosen to seek out other merchandisers who will work with my limited income.

Classic Alpaca does a great job with designs, styles, and quality in their products.
