Frankly disappointed in the pattern quality. I ordered a pattern in the vogue series and I don't think it was tested by a human - missing markings where there should be symmetry and the collar band appears to have been designed entirely upside down and does not fit the neckline.

PDF patterns are crap and missing full pieces
Agree with another user: their PDF patterns are crap. I ordered a Diane von Furstenberg one and it was a mess. I made the mistake of then ordering another PDF pattern: M6044 (Men's button-up). They don't even offer it in A0 sizing! When I "assembled" the pattern digitally (I refuse to tape 50-some pieces together by hand!) I saw that every pattern piece at the edge of the assembled sheet was cut off. I emailed customer service and they said there's no problem with the pattern. I emailed them back with screenshots and now they are ignoring me. I assure you I am tech-savvy enough to have assembled it properly. They just don't care. This is why I support indie pattern makers!

Stay away from Simplicity Pattern PDFs
Stay away from Simplicity Pattern PDFs. I'm glad I decided to start with one and not order several at one time. I've worked with several PDF patterns, so I was expecting instructions on how to put together the PDF. Simplicity leaves you to figure it out. I received 2 different A4 patterns with the same size. I can't figure out why there are 2. I printed the 1st one (59 pages). I tried to make sense of it and could not, so I printed the second (also a huge amount of pages) still didn't make sense. I waisted time, paper and was charged additional fees from HP ink because I went over my limit. A huge waist of time and expenses.

Smells Musty and Moldy.
Order placed day after Christmas '25. 5 patterns plus $8 shppg. 13 days to get to me. Paper envelope tab ruined, so the entire package was opened. 2 patterns damp and everything smelled musty and moldy. Emailed and called CS. No one responded or replied. $38+ ripoff.

Fantastic service for replacement pattern
The dog ate the cross stitch pattern I've been working on for years. I sent simplicity a quick email in the hope that they'd be able to send me a copy of the pattern. Within an hour I'd received a pdf of the pattern. Fantastic service.

They need to improve.
I started ordering sewing patterns from their website, when I found out that they stopped selling them in Canadian stores. At first, it was OK. Everything was within reasonable limits. Then, I made a somewhat big order of at least 10 patterns, I found the shipping cost to be a bit high. When I received my package, I found out why: it came in a big box that was only *half* filled with the patterns, the other half was filled with brown papers. I was really concerned by such a waste of space, when they should have shipped in a smaller box or envelope, and took on to write to Simplicity about it. I sent them e-mails, they never acknownledged them. Them, I took on to voice my concerns publicly on their social medias, still no answers from them. It was frustrating. In the end, I decided to get my Simplicity patterns from other online sellers. Since, I don’t want to do business with a service that doesn’t seem to take their customers seriously. One last thing: Their website is a real mess and, half of the time, I get redirected to an 500 error page. They need to get it fixed.
