Encroaching upon my 50th birthday, I was 18 months out of a very difficult breakup and experiencing a debilitating lack of confidence for the first time in my life. My career as a licensed professional counselor was on the threshold of many opportunities for growth but I just couldn't find the confidence, energy, and focus to seize upon them. In my search for answers and some hope for things to get better, I found Clark Kegley's Youtube videos on Shadow work and ultimately...Metamorphic. Clark's approach to teaching the science of personal growth along with personal examples of successfully applying the concepts resonated with me deeply. As a Master's level therapist, I was pleasantly surprised by the many new and fresh ideas on how to make positive change in life. Even more impressive has been the shift in identity that has taken root in my life and continues to pay dividends well after the completing the program. Metamorphic helped me let go of my past and the limiting beliefs that were holding me back while simultaneously shifting focus to my purpose in life. The shift is real and I hope you find the courage to make the investment in yourself. You deserve it!

For years, drive-by, drive-through, curb-side pick-up self-help techniques got me through moments of small existential crisis, fixed temporary challenges, changed little perspectives and provided me with those "feel-good" a-ha! moments I needed to survive who I was and what I was doing. And I have gratitude for that woman who reached out at that time to grasp what she needed. She was a Survivor. But... as the ying of "surviving" becomes exhausting (its techniques wearing thin) and the yang of maturity sets in (its end of days becoming bigger in the landscape of mortality) and they start to wage real war, it is time to STOP, roll away fear and face the facade of what has been if I truly want to thrive. This is Metamorphic. Without judgment of the past, sans discrimination of stories, Metamorphic gently pulls back layers of limiting beliefs, raises questions of root causes and champions the dormant greatness behind each face. Each week is thoughtfully laid out sequentially with a theme to intentionally build small foundations of concepts on concepts until the mind starts to feel solid and secure with answers, understanding and techniques. Over the six weeks of the program, I slowly regained a sense of current identity and began to understand I held the power to shape my future identity. The techniques Clark teaches are simple to learn and process, simple to apply but formidable in their power of execution when combined. Through these approaches, I found the courage to face shadows, beliefs and the stories causing my mental white noise. Today, I no longer just exist. I no longer just survive. Every day I live is a mindful, intentional twenty-four hours of purpose as I continually shift from ordinary to unique. The concepts I learned in Metamorphic saved my life; I was given the grounding mechanisms by which to build and maintain the me I want and need. I love who I am, I love who I am becoming and am grateful I now have the tools to continue to expand my mental empire ultimately leading me to success on every level. I highly recommend this program for anyone seeking authentic organic solutions to non-working old perspectives, profound identity loss, ongoing depression, negative self-talk, constant patterns of life door-slamming, "misfit" feelings, and vibrations of unworthiness... because that was me and now that's not me.

The person I was, the life I was living, the decisions I was making before this course, compared to now, is legitimately night and day. The best way I can describe it would be like this: I always had the 2.0 version of myself alive within me, however, I would only let him out scarcely; it was very few and far between when I would act as the person I wanted to be. That is something I have journaled about A LOT, and could journal a lot more about still 😂. I remember very clearly, though, during the 2 - 3 months I focused on this course, and ESPECIALLY during the rest of the year since then, this person that I always aspired to live as outwardly, without a shred of inhibition, has been increasing in frequency and lasting longer each time. Through the material this course has offered, I am becoming the person I want to be, more and more every day. I am living my life and making my decisions the way I genuinely intend to exist. This is the best investment I have ever made.

This program will never stop helping you grow. I felt stuck in trying to move on from a broken engagement. Through this program, I learned to become the next version of myself. The first time around (yes, you can go through this as many times as you'd like for as many ways as you want to grow and change), my coach helped me hone in on the idea that I wanted the next version of me to be someone with a "Secure Attachment" style in relationships. It happens slowly and quickly all at once. Joined the program in March, grew to be securely attached and started a new relationship in the summer. The even better news is the growth helped me realize and be confident in myself enough to break it off. Old self would have hung on out of desperation. New self wanted to end it because I had other dreams and aspirations to get to and I finally realized I did not even want a romantic relationship at this point. From there, the next metamorphic wave happened. I wanted to move to California. Using the tools I learned in the program and my newfound mindsets, I reverse engineered the process to make it happen. By November, I had a job offer in CA. Housing application has been approved and the move happens next month! I have not even hit my one year anniversary of Metamorphic. The changes and growth are no joke. Clark warns you...be careful what you manifest and metamorphisize into...because it happens!!

I started following Clark in 2019 and liked the styles of videos he was putting up on YouTube. I kept seeing his videos and decided to go all in with Metamorphic. One of the things I like is that Metamorphic is a complete program. I've watched many videos and read dozens, if not hundreds, of books. The problem with books and videos is that they may only provide the theory or motivation. Some may also offer action items. Metamorphic incorporates the theory, motivation, and actions into a single program. Clark uses a lot of examples and stories to teach us the theory and provide motivation, then gives us the tools to take action to shift into the 2.0 version of yourself. If you are open to taking a hard look at yourself to identify things holding you back and putting in the work, this program will work for you. My interest in Metamorphic was career-related. The program helped me clarify my career goals and interests. The impact of the program spread into every other aspect of my life as well. The bonus NLP sessions unlocked things that I wasn't aware of that was holding me back and provided visualization tools to overcome my old limiting beliefs. To round out the program, we also have maintenance tools to keep us going. I see things a little differently now. One of the example quotes that stuck with me is, "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." With this in mind, I'm going through the program a second time to find my 3.0 self. I'm finding that the tools that help the second time differ from those that worked the first time. Then there is the community. There is an entire community of other like-minded individuals who share their ah-ha moments and offer encouragement to one another. I highly recommend Metamorphic to anyone seeking to discover who they are meant to be.

This course is the kind of life school that most educational systems do not equip students for. The axiom "Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime" applies here. I'd recommend this course for people who don't have positive support structures at home or are stuck in their job, addictions, toxic friendships or romantic relationships or are feeling isolated and alone. The content here should surely inspire a person to rise above. It will help a person understand why they are not where they might want to be in their current situation. If they find their thoughts trapped in cycles of self-reflection or steeped in self-judgement, shame or guilt. It helped with courage to make changes in life - be it career, love, self-confidence. It introduced me to a lot of material that has changed my life outlook. The format is very accessible and meant to be tackled at a flexible pace even though the recommendation is 6 weeks. There is no grade handed out at the end. The course gives access to 1-1 coaching sessions and a supportive community for discussion and encouragement. This course isn't meant to make a person materially rich. Though employing some of the mental tools could help to that end. The course provides a map for to how to handle difficult life problems and not stay mired in lower mental states. It gives practical tools to teach a person how to navigate life or business problems and walk with their shoulders back and heads higher.

I think one of the biggest takeaways I have had from this program is to how to get rid of the stories I told myself about life, my goals, dreams, desires, failures and setbacks. One thing stands out the most is how I look back and process/justify the things which happened. Although the thing never goes away , this program gives you tools to fight them and have that mental armor to protect yourself by changing your programming. The NLP sessions helped me so much reframing past events that now I can easily pinpoint the root causes of a lot of under achievements, setbacks, let downs, my points of view on life and success and the reason I always felt inadequate. SO THANK YOU FOR THIS. Doing this program has helped me so freaking much and has given me tools to completely obliterate the negative programming that I didn't know I unconsciously imbibed while growing up. The tools helped me shift my programming by helping me justify why everything happened the way it happened. All I would say you guys are doing God's work, by making so much difference in someone else's lives.

Clark's program is a must join! If you are finding yourself stuck in life and not quite sure how to move forward, in whatever aspect of life, his simple yet well thought out courses can help you achive that. Join for the 6 weeks, stay for life in the community. Does not matter your age, everyone needs a bit of direction sometimes. Highly recommend!
