Very quick and timely responses

Anna was very helpful thank you guys

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Support & Professional Handling I had an issue related to an account migration from MT5 to TradeLocker, which caused some discrepancies in my profit metrics and adjusted target. Naturally, this was frustrating at first, especially when you’re close to completing a challenge. However, I have to say that the Clarity Traders support team handled the situation professionally and transparently from start to finish. They took the time to: • Thoroughly review my account history • Clearly explain how the consistency rule works • Break down how the adjusted profit target is calculated • Provide full metric transparency What I appreciated most was their patience and detailed communication. Instead of giving generic responses, they explained the logic behind the system in a structured way. That level of clarity builds trust. Even when the situation was complex due to the migration, they stayed responsive and supportive. In the prop firm space, good support makes a huge difference, and in my experience, their service has been solid and professional. Looking forward to continuing my journey with them.
