What a terrible experience I have had with this prop firm. Let me start off by saying there are many better prop firms out there, and I would highly recommend you do NOT use clarity traders. Here’s my experience I purchased a 10k instant funded account, I grew the account to around 11.1k within a few days. This morning, I went to place trades as usual, and lost roughly $230 over an hour, made back $100 in a good trade, and then went to place another trade, and all of sudden my account was breached / failed. Naturally I went to check what had happened, and it stated my account had breached the daily drawdown limit down of 3%. Im not a mathematician, but the dashboard clearly stated I still had $6 left of my daily drown remaining. After reaching out to support and receiving very vague and unhelpful answers, they finally escalated this to an “appropriate level” (clearly not). They stated my account had breached the daily drawdown limit down at some point during my trading session, and was then failed, I have zero idea how an account can breach a daily drawdown limit, especially when their OWN website says that there is $6 left. I’m by no means an expert trader, but I’m disappointed in their level of accuracy when it comes to daily draw downs, along with their vague and repetitive support agents. Like I asked in my support messages, I’d love for the account to be reinstated.

WARNING TO ALL TRADERS – STAY AWAY FROM CLARITY TRADERS! Clarity Traders owes me over $7,000 in unpaid payouts. Instead of paying me the money I earned, they banned my trading accounts and refused to process my withdrawals. I put my time, effort, and money into trading, only to end up with banned accounts and thousands of dollars in unpaid profits. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a prop trading firm. How can traders trust a company when they risk losing access to their accounts and the profits they’ve worked hard to earn? I’m sharing my experience to warn other traders. Think very carefully before trusting this company with your money. OVER $7,000 OWED. ACCOUNTS BANNED. PAYOUTS REFUSED. Stay away, people! I wouldn’t recommend Clarity Traders to anyone.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Don't read these bad reviews but proceed to give your money to CT anyway. There are better prop firms out there. This is not it!! I completely lost trust in Clarity Traders.

I was trading on my Instant Funded account with an initial balance of $50,000. I worked this account and reached a profit of approximately $792, with my dashboard showing a balance of $50,795.91. When I was preparing to withdraw my profits, I encountered issues related to the consistency rule. The rule had previously been 15%, but I later noticed that it had changed to 10%, which affected my ability to request a withdrawal. After continuing to trade, I suddenly lost access to my MT5 account without any prior warning or email explaining the reason. My account was eventually marked as “FAILED,” even though my dashboard showed a positive balance. I contacted customer support several times to ask for a clear explanation, but I still have not received a specific reason or evidence of any alleged trading rule violation. I also noticed that the MT5 server name had changed from Clarity Traders to LibertyMarkets-Server. I am asking Clarity Traders to provide a transparent explanation of why my account was disabled, clarify when and how the consistency rule was changed and applied to my account, and review my trading history fairly. I would also like my account to be reinstated and my access restored if the closure was made in error. If my profits are eligible for withdrawal under the applicable terms, I request that they be paid accordingly. ⚠️ WARNING – Payout Withheld Without Legal Basis | Clarity Traders I am a funded trader with Clarity Traders. I passed their evaluation with a clean trading record and zero rule violations. What happened: After completing my evaluation successfully, I submitted a payout request. My account was then closed and my payout was rejected. Their reason? They claimed I used 5 different cards to purchase my account, which they considered “suspicious payment activity.” The truth: I run a freelance digital marketing business and manage multiple payment cards for advertising purposes. When purchasing my account, I tried several cards because I was unsure which had sufficient funds. This is completely normal behavior for someone managing multiple business accounts. The most shocking part: When I appealed, they responded with their own words: ❌ “This decision is not based on a trading rule violation.” They are admitting my trading was 100% clean — yet they are still withholding my earned profits. Furthermore: ✅ This “rule” does not exist anywhere in their Terms and Conditions ✅ Their own payment gateway does not verify the cardholder’s name ✅ No chargeback was filed, no fraud was committed They took my money, I passed their challenge fairly, and now they refuse to pay using a reason that does not exist in their own terms. I have all documentation including their emails admitting my trading was clean. Traders beware — especially if you manage multiple payment cards.
