Very easy to talk to customer service! Ika answered my questions very promptly and gave me answers to questions about certain rules I needed to understand before starting my trading journey with Clarity.

I've been using Clarity Traders for a while now and just received my first payout. I would like to go a bit more in depth on a few topics. Support: First of all, the support is very friendly. I had a few issues and questions over time, and I have to say that every issue was resolved—except for one instance, which I will mention in the next section. Problems: Overall, my experience has been pretty easy-going. There was only one issue where my drawdown was adjusted. After contacting support, I learned that there is a possibility for it to change depending on the account type (please excuse me if I misunderstood this). However, as I already mentioned, the support team did everything they could to help me with my question. Payout: Now to the most exciting part. After reading some of the reviews here on Trustpilot, I was a bit concerned when requesting my first payout. However, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I requested my payout this morning at around 1 a.m., and by 5 p.m., the money was already in my account—completely without any issues. Conclusion: Many of the negative reviews seem to come from people who don’t read the rules or struggle to accept when they break them, blaming everything but themselves. I will definitely continue with this company and hope that the future remains as smooth and stress-free as it has been so far. Overall, I would rate my experience an 8.5–9/10, mainly due to the one incident with the drawdown adjustment. Thank you.

Timely support and clarifications.

} I had a good experience with Clarity Traders support. The response was quick and clear, and they explained the rules (especially the 10% consistency rule) in a simple and helpful way. The support agent Natasya was professional and responsive. So far, everything is clear and smooth. Looking forward to continuing my trading experience with them

Horrible experience, the instant funded accounts are a scam, the 10% consistencry rule makes it almost impossible but the worst part is their trading platform trade locker wich is completly buged
