Extremely disappointed with my…
Extremely disappointed with my interaction with them, never received what was promised. When I requested a payout, they beacame evasive and eventually stopped all communication.

I had a great onboarding experience…
I had a great onboarding experience with Clarity Traders. My account was initially showing as restricted after purchase due to a payment sync error, but the customer care agents handled it like true professionals. A massive thank you to Anisya and Ika for their fast communication, thorough follow-ups, and top-tier support. Highly recommend!

Profitable account closed when I requested a payout
My account was active for months, and I was allowed to trade normally with no warnings, restrictions, or notice that my strategy violated any rule. Once I became profitable and submitted a payout request, the payout was denied and my account was permanently closed. I contacted support and appealed the decision, but they maintained the denial and stated that the matter was closed. It may be possible for traders to receive smaller payouts, but in my case, once I became consistently profitable and requested a larger payout, the account was closed instead. I have retained all emails, trading records, purchase details, and payout documentation, and I am taking the appropriate steps to challenge this outcome.
