Been a customer for about 2 years
Been a customer for about 2 years, solved my hearing loss issues for the most part. Everyone in my life is thrilled that I got these little hearing aids. Great little product, fantastic customer service. From the audiologist, to customer support top shelf operation. Very rarely do you run across a product that does what it says it will do, and the people walk you through every step and make sure you're happy.

Bought these for and extra pair of hearing aids. I do like the fit of the in the ear hearing aids. I do have ONE BIG issue. The left ear hearing aid WILL NOT STAY CONNECTED TO THE PHONE.

I am happy with my Zepp Clarity hearing aids. The service and the flow up has been very good. I also like that they explain everything about the hearing aids. I would recommend buying the Zepp Clarity hearing aids.
