Worst customer service ever. I rarely order anything from an unknown company; but, I looked for any evidence that this is a scam and didn't find any. I liked the looks of the dress I found online and felt it was reasonably priced. The package arrived quickly but looked like it had laid in the sun for a bit. That's where my satisfaction ended. The material was incredibly thin and the Sm did not fit -- of course, who knows what size it really is as there are NO tags. I sent an email asking asking to return it and why. I was told to take photos of it. Why am I taking photos of something THEY sent ME?! I was told so they could show the manufacturer what the problem was. If they refuse to give me full refund, I will take any legal recourse I can find. Meanwhile, PLEASE don't give them your money/business.

I recently bought a dress through Clarendale. It was a size small but way too big. I promptly emailed them to return it and they requested pictures of the dress. I had to send them a picture of the tag and few pictures of the dress laid out on a surface (not being worn). Never had to do that before with other companies, but I did it. Then I was offered a 20 percent refund or 100 percent store credit. I emailed them back and responded that they don’t offer an xs so store credit does not make sense since their sizing doesn’t work for me. So far no response I am hoping I hear from them today with full refund. It seems Clarendale tries to wear down the customer with the runaround until the customer gives up. It’s been 4 days of emails and still not resolved. Hopefully they will resolve this with a full refund but should not take this much work. I did read the return policy beforehand and it does not state you get 20 percent refund if it doesn’t fit. I would NOT recommend buying anything from Clarendale. This was my first purchase and it will certainly be my last purchase.

Buyer beware. The clothing I received was embarrassingly poor quality and looked nothing like the quality represented online. I requested a full refund twice. Rather than honoring that request, Clarendale has continued offering alternatives/partial refunds. Their own published return policy states that these offers are optional and that customers may proceed with a return and refund. I am still requesting exactly that. I would never purchase from this company again.

I order 2 Marielle maxi dresses from this company on August 5th. They looked beautiful. I received them today and they were total garbage. Thin, flimsy and unlined. The beige one can be seen through. The description stated they were lined. Wrinkled fit - terrible. So disappointed. I’m washing them and hoping I can salvage them in some way. I’ve bought better dresses at Walmart for 1/4 of the price. Never again.

My order took forever to come and then when it did arrive it was no way near the size I ordered. Every time I email costumer service, they kept trying to get me not to return the item and take a very low percentage back in cash. When they finally agree to let me return for my full refund, I was given instructions on how to return. Well let me tell you the address they gave me was bogus. My return came back to me. Now how do I get my money back. Should have known better. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered $49 slacks (on sale from $99) on June 28. I received them July 15 and when I opened, they look nothing like the website photo and description. They are a shiny thin material, no back pockets or back elastic band. There is no tag with a brand, material info or washing instructions anywhere on them. These look like they were made in China or I got from Temu for $20. I tried to return them on July 16 and no one returns your emails until right before your 30 day return window is over. I tried to leave a review for my order and there is nowhere on their site or ordering confirmations for me to do so which leads me to believe the reviews on their site are also fake.

Cute styles but nothing fit as shown. Very cheap material. The 1-star rating, however is due to HORRIFIC, non-existent customer service. Want to make a return? You'll have to take it up with your credit card company as they will not respond! Buyer beware...save your time and money!

The item I bought on sale for 29.99 from 59.99was a metal sign. The price was excessively high. But I loved the sign But then I found the exact sign on Temu for around $5. I mean the exact item!!! When I tried to return it I got no response from four emails to customer support. Finally I got a response. They wanted pictures of the item in two different follow up emails. Then they wanted me to print and fill out a printed paper form. Then they kept refusing to authorize a refund, but kept offering me a discount to keep the item. Finally after I was extremely clear I did not want the item, they told me to send it back at my expense of course. They wanted it tracked and insured. $11.49 to ship it. So it has been shipped and it has been over a week and no refund as of yet. I would very much say their refund/return policy/process is specifically designed to prevent you from returning items by making it extremely difficult. I sent all the tracking information the day I returned the package. I was out of town for two weeks. When I returned I found the package that I had just spent money on to ship, had been returned to sender!!!!! It had actuall stamps on it! Not like it was processed by the post office. But like it had been received and then had 8 stamps placed on it and returned to sender. I verified that I sent it to the exact address on the shipping form that they required me to enclose. It was exactly correct in every way. Clearly this company will do anything but give you a refund. If you are happy with your purchase. You are probably fine. But if you try to return good luck. So now I have spent even more on an item I can not return. Had they been honest up front and said we will not give you a refund I wouldn’t have even tried to send it back! Extremely deceptive practices. And now I am stuck with a product I do not want. With no way to return it. Paying even more that I had to originally pay for an over priced item. This is the first review I have ever written. But I feel strongly that this company is fraudulent when it comes to their return practices.
