This was a terrible retail experience. I purchased two pairs of pants. They came of poor quality and both different sizes regardless of the fact I ordered the same size. They offered me replacement value and I ordered three products; a blouse, a top and a pair of pants. They came of such poor quality and so unlike the photos on the site that I actually threw them in the garbage. These clothes are terrible quality, and don't reflect the images on the web site at all. I would never buy anything from them ever again.

My letter to the scammers who could care less… I am demanding an immediate refund to my original payment method. I do not consent to store credit, a substitution, or any other alternative. I paid for an item that your company failed to deliver within a reasonable period. You accepted and retained my money, and I was only later informed that the item could not be provided. Your company’s internal policies or lack of control over the funds are not my responsibility. I fulfilled my obligation by paying for the item; your company did not fulfill its obligation to deliver it. Return the full amount to my original payment method immediately and provide written confirmation that the refund has been processed. If this is not resolved promptly, I will dispute the charge with my credit-card company and file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, and the appropriate consumer-protection agencies. To be perfectly clear: I am requesting a full monetary refund—not store credit and not a replacement or substitution. Please confirm the refund and the date it will be credited to my account.

The beadery kit I ordered is not at all what I received. The photos show a large picture. In actuality it was less than 9 inches square. The pictures show art covered in beads and embellishments. The reality is a printed picture with a few places to embellish that does not result in a beaded picture as shown online. I paid nearly $40 for what is worth about $10. I do not believe the reviews online that are enormously positive. What this company is doing seems criminal. Update: I was offered 100% refund in store credit or a 20% cash refund. I accepted the store credit and ordered a sweater. We'll see. I do note that the deceptive project is still being advertised. Buyer beware!

BE WARNED! Apparently this is a Chinese company. I ordered some tops that looked great online. Received tops that were ill fitted and did not suit. Sent several emails to their support address for return & refund instructions. Given the runaround about keeping tops and receiving partial refund, receiving store credit, etc. Finally received Return Form with instructions how and where to send items back for refund. Had to purchase a return envelope as original envelope was not usable (too small, scrunched up). Return package returned as unable to forward. Verified address used as same as on the Return Form. Tried calling. Went right to voicemail, which was too full to leave message. Emailed with no response. Reported it to my credit card company, who will provide temporary return to my account and work on resolving issue. I will not order a thing from this company again.

Terrible experience. Will never purchase from them again. The product I received (sofa covers) was completely different from the product I ordered (in terms of fabric, quality, color, etc.). The return process was the most frustrating customer experience I've ever had. Round after round after round of back and forth with their AI-slop-chat returns email who continued to try to offer different options (store credit, discounts on other items, etc.) rather than simply emailing over a return label. Huge hassle. Terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I AM TRYING TO GET A REFUND FROM AN ITEM THAT DID NOT FIT AND THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND!

BEWARE. This is a Chinese company much like Temu. Cheap!! I ordered ankle length pants that looked adorable online. Received clunky pants in a color that didn’t match the website. Sent several emails to their support address for return & refund instructions. No replies. Reported it to my credit card company. Received an email this morning indicating a full refund will be forthcoming. Thanks goes to my credit card company. I will not order a thing from this company again.

Items quality and sizing was not as pictured. Though I am 5’8 and ordered the large as instructed the pants were 4 inches too short. That was not the intended styling. When I wanted to return outfit I had to pay for return shipping to China. I had no idea this was an overseas company. The cost to return would have been $40. Clarendale gave me a partial credit for the outfit and let me keep it. So I ended up spending $35 for something I can’t wear. I feel they are a scam.
