this company is a complete scam. What they send you is cheap and poorly finished clothing with poor quality material. They promise returns within 30 days, and when you start the retturn procecess they offer you to keep the product, they keep going back and forth trtying to not return it, they offered 20% refund. The following below is their 3rd response trying to NOT RETURN the dress: (Copied &Pasted):Thank you for getting back to me. I understand you'd like to return your order, and I truly want to find the most comfortable solution for you. Before we go that route, I'd love to offer you two alternatives, completely your choice: A 120% store credit to spend on anything in our store, whenever you like, in case there was anything else you had your eyes on. It comes as a gift card that never expires, has no minimum spend, and is fully transferable, so you can use it yourself or pass it on to a friend. Or, if you prefer, a 20% refund of your purchase price, and you get to keep the product without having to send it back If one of these feels right, I'll process it right away. I place an order for (2) One piece Wearbella Off the shoulder jumpsuits. What I got was two separate pieces for each. Then it took 6 emails to get them to finally send me a return form as they kept trying to negotiate so they wouldn't have to refund me. Then they said I have to pay for the return postage. Ridiculous for items they sent incorrectly. UPDATE: I sent another email and they're still trying to negotiate between 50% refund and 120% store credit-neither of which is acceptable. Just send me a postage paid label for the return! So now I have disputed the charges and will be contacting the Federal Trade Commision (FTC) as this is against the law.

Do not buy from this company!!!! You will regret it. I ordered two pairs of denim jeans and paid the full amount plus shipping and the money went through but their app and website says that I didn't pay for the products and that i left some items in the cart. Also there is no option to cancel the order, they are also not responding to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I purchased a 3D fabric poke art kit. There is no way that the completed project will resemble what was advertised. There aren’t enough holes!!

I purchased a bathing suit there. The tank top was too small for it but they happily gave me a credit and I kept the suit. I the purchased a jelly bra which had no jelly, the straps fell completely out of the clasps and was made very poorly. Because I had been given a credit, nothing could be done. I also bought a dress that AI made to look very beautiful but is a piece of polyester garbage. Read the fine lines and buyer beware with this company. Would not recommend. I basically spent a $100 on items I cannot wear.

Update: Clarendale responded to this review and asked me to email them AGAIN. So I sent a 4th email immediately afterwards, and still have received no response 5 days later. Shop at your own risk!!! The company never responded to my 3 emails asking to do a return. After finally finding a phone # on their website, I tried calling and got a recording that the mailbox is full. It's all made in China and shipped from there. Quality and construction is terrible. I ordered 2 tanks w/ built-in bras in size M and they were totally different in size and construction. I also ordered a jumpsuit that I could barely get my shoulders into because it doesn't unbutton enough, and the material is wrinkled and noisy. And I don't know how any of the reviews on their website could be real - there's no way to leave a review!!

Wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. The Soléra jumpsuit I received looks like something my 11 yr old made in rec sewing class. Super thin material, ill-fitting, no tags or care instructions, not at all like the lux garment pictured on the site. I’ve contacted the site for a return since this is not at all what I ordered, however based on the responses here I am not hopeful I will actually receive any money back. This is definitely a SCAM COMPANY.

Clarendale USA sells a cheap, poorly made clothing and the company disregards customer satisfaction.They don’t want you to return it and begin the negotiation to try to get you to take a credit or percentage off. It’s apparent the company is a one time shopper. I’ll never look at or consider using this website again.
