The clothes I ordered were nothing like the ads pictured or described. And they were poor quality with cheap fabric. I wanted a full refund of all. Was difficult to get my money back. Would not use this company. I had to pay shipping to return items, but I was able to get my money back since I refused to pay on my credit card.

The product I ordered, Ribova Ribbed Knit Coat With Denim Panels, is not at all what they say in description. The "denim" is not denim at all but some cheap material that doesn't even resemble denim. The color, Rust, was not rust at all but light brown. Looked great in the pictures but is crap in real life!

UPDATE: 09/25/2026 - This company's offer to replace a garment for free 1 time sounds great, until the replacement garment is constructed with the same design defects - then they will not make it right. You're out the $$ you spent and now have 2 garments that are unwearable due to the way the garment was constructed, not because you ordered the incorrect size! After resubmitting a photo of the garment to Clarendale's customer service at their request in response to my review, they are still hiding behind the statement, "since the replacement for the original order has been processed and delivered, they are unable to offer any further refund, replacement or exchange for the same order." I have once again asked them to provide where in their return policy this is stated. Purchased the Wraverly wrap top. The pictures on the website clearly show the wrap tie at the model's waist. The first top I received (I ordered it in my usual size M) had the wrap tie around the bust! I immediately contacted Clarendale and they offered to exchange the top. I agreed and even mentioned in my email correspondence that I would like then to ship me an XL in hopes the wrap would fall at my waist. The second Wraverly wrap top arrived in the larger size, but the wrap tie was still too high - this time it came just under my bust. I contacted Clarendale again. They requested a picture of the item and a brief explanation of the issue. I sent them the picture - with a measuring tape clearly showing that on the XL top the wrap tie was added to the garment 5 inches below the armpit! I explained that I felt the garment was poorly constructed and requested a refund. The reply I received from Clarendale is that since I requested an exchange that is their final resolution and no refund would be considered. I've been emailing them in an effort to explain the ill-fitting garment is no fault of mine, but due to the construction of the item. (I don't know anyone who's waist falls 5 inches down from their armpit!) I also requested they provide me in writing where it is documented that if you request an exchange that the exchange is the final resolution. I've searched their website and have re-read the initial correspondence regarding their offer for exchange and do not see anything that states if you agree to an exchange that is their final resolution.

Their marketing is great. I loved all the clothing I saw and decided to try ordering. It was easy and the dress arrived quickly. However, the sizing was VERY unusual. I usually wear a M (US size 10) I decided to order a large because of the unknown seller and bargain pricing. I couldn’t even get the dress zipped. The style was so cute that I decided to order it again 2 sizes up. Didn’t fit so I was told to keep and a gift card was issued. I didn’t want that to sit there so I chose a summer wrap to use most of the credit. I ordered it in beige. It arrived as a lemon yellow. When I contacted Clarendale customer service they asked for photos and agreed the color was not beige. I said I’d take a black replacement. Today they have notified me that my request is denied because I used a credit and it has been processed so there can be no replacement!?! Not worth the hassle and frustration. At least I have items to donate

This is a scammer company. They send you product that is NOT at all what the description or pictures describe. That quality is very poor and sizes are not even close to the size described. I am trying to get a full refund within the 30 days all I have got so far is a 60% credit of the full amount and keep the product. I am just going to call my credit card company and have them deal with this scammer company. Their product is crap which is why they don’t want it back and I’m not settling for a 60% credit from a scammer company. JUST DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

This is the worst online purchase I have ever made. First, the quality of the clothes is poor, badly sized and cheap fabric. Their return policy is vitually impossible. They kept offering me store credit or partial refund. I could keep the stuff. Why would I want to keep such bad quality stuff? Many emails back and forth. Never buy from them.

I purchased the Marelle dress and when it arrived it was nothing like the one on the website ! The quality of the fabric was very cheap an did not have the fall as shown in the photos or anything like the description on their website. I immediately repackaged the item and emailed Clarendale to say I wanted a refund due to the above reasons and instead of apologizing and processing a refund they kept emailing me saying I could keep the dress if I accepted a 150% credit. I emailed them saying I did not want to keep the dress and asked again for a refund but they kept emailing me trying to offer credit !! I do not want a credit ! I want a full REFUND and I made this very clear to Clarendale however they do not want to refund ! DO NOT BUY from Clarendale - they are not honest traders , they have poor quality products that do not match their webstore and they do not honour their own refund policy . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!

This is possibly the worst hat I have ever seen! The hats that i received don't resemble anything like what they have on the website. I am not sure where the reviews are coming from!! These hats are flimsy, badly made and to make matters worse, the label has the sharp metal part of it sticking on the inside.m. It's a joke! I want a full refund !!!!!!!!!!
