The item I received was nothing like what was pictured on the website. The body shaper was pictured and labeled with an easy off design. It did not have a drop seat like pictured, just a small opening.

This company is a scam! Don’t buy! Bought a leather wallet and they sent a brown plastic child wallet. Their website says USA but the item shipped from China. Fraudulent!

BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. This company may have cute things on the website but don’t try to return and get a refund. The order was for Halloween and arrived right before Halloween in a crushed box with no other packing. It was ordered mid Sept. Emailed several times asking where it was in transit and was told in transit no location. It arrived not working and I emailed to say it doesn’t work so I want to return the item for a refund. They were not so quick to respond and want pictures then videos so they can figure out the problem. It doesn’t matter the problem I don’t want the non working broom and Halloween is past. They are refusing to grant a refund until they get the video and then They will see what they can do for a solution. Why can’t they wait until they get the returned item and then let their engineers, haha look at it. They are stalling on returning my money is the bottom line. DO NOT SHOP THIS WEBSITE !

Totally deceiving! I received the skullicious 3D skull cake mold. The actual mold is no bigger than my thumb. The pictures and video on the site shows them as big as a hand but the actual dimensions are 2 inches. I wish I could send these back for a refund but unbeknownst to me they are shipped from China and because of our dictators tariffs, it will cost me more to ship them back. I'm so disappointed!

My Halloween order finally arrive after 2 months. The package was crushed and mangled, my item was shipped in a cardboard box and not the original box per the discription it was missing 2 items and the broom was mangled. It did not looked as describe on websit. I will never again order from this place. I wiil stick with Amazon or Walmart. The refund policy seems impossible to hope to get a refund in how it is worded, buyer be ware.
