I ordered two bras two undies to the tune of $79. I ordered the largest size they had and they didn’t fit. When I contacted the company for the refund promised in their 30 day money back guarantee I was told that they would offer me a 40% refund. I responded back saying that 40% was not acceptable. I got another offer of 60% but that’s not the contract that we agreed to. The address for returns is in China. The items were shipped to me via a US warehouse. For an individual to ship something to China is extremely complicated. I suggested that returning to the warehouse address made more sense. I am done going back a forth with them. Dont get stuck with items you cannot wear backed by a guarantee that isn’t honored.

Do not order from this company!! I ordered a size small of a clothing item. They sent size medium. They offered to send correct size, but then later said they don't have it, offering me a 40% refund to just keep it. I said no--you sent wrong item and need to pay for return shipping and give me 100% refund. They declined. I am disputing charge with credit card company and all others impacted should do the same so they lose access to credit card transactions.

I’m giving it a one star because I received the item but if I could give it a -5 stars, I would the bras are way too small and now I’m having a problem and getting a refund

Bogus company. Advertises one thing and sends another and then will not honor return policy ..don't even go there you'll be sorry

The product was different than what was pictured, very cheaply made. I purchased two Stitchery books, but it did not include written instructions for the stitches like the pictures allude to. I couldn’t believe I spent so much for what I received. I then noticed I was charged shipping when the website and even my order email clearly states free US shipping on all orders. When I tried to return because it was not what was expected and I couldn’t figure out how to do the stitches without instructions, I was only offered a full refund if I shipped it back at my expense, and the return warehouse was in China even though the website and emails say USA. The website even makes it look like there is a storefront. I learned my lesson, guess I got scammed. Right now at least I’m receiving emails back from customer service (not sure if they are AI or not), and they will offer 60% refund if I just keep it. They estimate if I ship it back it will be at least $30 for my $40 purchase. No response from them on refunding my original shipping fees. They ignored that question in the email response. We’ll see if I actually get my 60% refund. This company is extremely misleading, if not fraudulent.

I placed order 9/7/2025. I did not receive order so I started contacting via email 10/3/25. NO RESPONSE! I put in for a credit back to my Visa and sent emails to cancel order. No response. Once the credit was issued I started hearing from company(also under Evershop) but still no tracking or order info. The order arrived 12/9/25, 3 MONTHS after order was placed. They sent emails offering 25% discount if I reverse the chargeback. Not a chance, the products look nothing like what I ordered. Very cheap, poor quality especially given the price. It’s basically high priced Temu.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, it has been a long time since I have ordered it. There is no order number or how to follow up. Still waiting. Good luck to you all either way this vendor.

SCAM!!! Most likely you will never receive the product you purchase. I ordered a product October 11 and still haven’t gotten it and it’s December 5th.
