Was worried my dress wouldn’t arrive in time ! according to the email it was to arrive the day we left for Texas. Fortunately it did arrive early and I had it for the wedding. Unfortunately it was very hard to get the wrinkles out due to being shoved in a small bag for mailing. L

I received a product that was sub par but they replaced it for free!

I ordered an outfit from your company and was highly disappointed in the quality. The pictures made it look much more appealing when I got the products they were cheaply made. I don’t believe I will ever be ordering from your company again.

I recently received my order. While the cocktail dress is lovely it did not flatter me the way I thought it would. When purchased the site mentions full refund if not satisfied .while they answered all my emails quickly they weren’t willing to fully refund wanting to give first 40% then 60% of cost to keep the item.

I love the color and pattern of the dress, but I’m not 100% sold on the material as it does not breath very well and with hot summers months, I will have to wait to wear it when the weather gets a bit cooler.

Though the product arrived much later than expected the size chart described was inaccurate and therefore I had to contact the customer service department for an exchange. They were very prompt and efficient in expediting my shipment. Now that I’m looking at all the reviews saying to keep away from this company I should not have written any reviews for them.

I ordered a mask for cold weather that would allow your breath to flow out not up so that your eyeglasses don't get foggy. I'm glad to say that the product arrived as scheduled. I've had opportunity to test the mask and it does what it was reported to do. Sort of. If I breathe out through my nose which is standard for me, my glasses will still fog. If I make sure to breathe outward through my mouth, the vapor will go through the intended spot. The mask is comfortable enough and will help keep your ears warm too. I'd give it 4, maybe 5 stars if I didn't need to make the intentional effort to breathe through my mouth.

Le produit est trop petit pour moi, par contre il tient bien et soulève les seins. Je ne sais pas comment échanger pour un produit plus grand??
