I really feel that when the advertising is not accurate or for any reason you should get a full refund. The dress I ordered looked like a doctor scrubs when I put it on. My husband could not believe how it looked too. Yes they offered a 60% refund. But it really should be 100% refund and they pay for shipping. I will never order anything from this company again.

I ordered two pairs of work slacks. The photo and video shows pants that are NOTHING like what I received in the mail. The material is an extremely flimsy and cheap tent-like material. The look and style is completely different. The overall experience is pathetic and extremely misleading. This company is a rip off! Do not buy from them!

Stay away from this company the product -the dress - was inferior quality, did not fit at all like what the picture projected, and their refund policy is a horror show ! you will be lucky to get a portion of a refund back or else you have to send it all the way back to China and wait until they receive it and then maybe get your refund it's ridiculous stay away from these people!! Also a big red warning should be there is no phone number for them anywhere! I could not get any kind of person to talk to on a phone it was all communicated by messages and email!! I am now waiting to see if 40% of my payment is being refunded..... I certainly hope so. It's been rediculous trying to get a decent refund for this inferior quality stuff!

Stay away from this company!! Do not purchase anything. The 4 clothing items I ordered did not fit so I wanted to return nope they kept insisting I keep it and they were going to send a larger size . I told them I no longer wanted the items even in larger size definitely not what was advertised as well. They will not refund my order of $165.00 so there is no 30 day refund or refund at all !! BEWARE

SCAM! They do not honor their return policy. TERRIBLE QUALITY. DEFECTIVE. They sent me 2 pairs of jeans with the button holes sewn shut. I sent photos to complain about the product being defective and cheap material not at all meeting the quality standard for the price. And they refused to send me a shipping label to return the items to China, when their customer service is labeled clarendale USA. the store is designed to look like its USA based but its based in China, which is why the product took 3+ weeks to ship. I would never have ordered from them if I knew it was in China because I've had poor quality issues with shops like these before. DO NOT SHOP THERE. Its a scam.

Clarandale.co is a fake USA company, they are selling from China. The items advertised often promised premium quality but the items delivered proved otherwise. Items provided can be bought on a Chinese website for $ 1 to $ 2, but they are being sold at 10 to 20 times the price. When I ask for a refund, they are unwilling to give a full refund and insist that I will have to pay the delivery fee back to their China warehouse if I want a full refund. Basically its a scam company

My daughter order some pants for me. In the pictures the long of the pants cover the model's ankle. However the length of the pants that I got is way more shorter, like 6-7 inches above my ankles, and I'm not a taller person in USA. It's not easy to return items because they are asking for pictures of me wearing the pants to see what is wrong, instead of believing what the client said, and help with the return. Don't waste your money on this business. She also ordered earrings, and they are defective. I don't recommend CLARE DALE.

I made a purchase on April 16,2026 and still have not received the order that I placed. I have contacted them multiple times and have been told that they would look into the matter and get back to me. Each response from them has been referred to another person from Clarendale who states they will look into the matter and get back to me. I have asked that matter be resolved and my money back. As of today May 11,2026 I have not received money back or product. I will not order from them again and would not recommend that company to anyone!
