The Milenza™ – Italian Style Statement Blouse advertised is NOT what I received. The statement buttons, shirttail silhouette, fabric quality not remotely close. In an attempt to get a full refund, I had to provide detailed photos and descriptions, which I did. They ultimately offered 60% off what I paid and said I could keep the two blouses. At that point, I took it. The blouses were not expensive. That should have been my first red flag. Stay away from this company.

I ordered these pants based on a pin from pintrest.I ordered two pair of the same pant in different colors. Based on recommendations I sized up . The one pair fit however the fabric was really uncomfortable and rubbed weird between my legs. I couldn't even get the second pair over my hips. When I went to return they offered 40% and to keep the pants. When I refused they offered 60% refund and to keep the pants. I insisted on a full refund only to realize their return process was highly involved and they are a company from China. Waste of time and money. They just replied to my review however I will not put my email on a site for the world to see AND there isn't anyway to reply to them, AND they should do their best to resolve situation before a negative review. also, have not yet rec'd the percentage of my refund. :" Reply from Clarendale An hour ago Thank you for your feedback. I will never order from this company again. Buyer beware! They use incompetent carriers to deliver orders. My order made it from China to NJ but cheap carrier can't find my apt so doesn't make it from NJ to PA. They came 3 times and wouldn't leave at my security door outside. Why they didn't hit the buzzer to my apt or call my cell as instructed- who knows.?! After 6 weeks don't have my order. Incompetence is another ongoing pandemic!

Update: After my complaint Clarendon refunded 75% of the initial cost of the dress. Do not order from them! I ordered a dress that looked nice on the model but when it arrived it was very cheap fabric and hung on me. I'm a small and ordered a small but it was baggy. They said keep the dress and gave me 40% which was only $16. I should have fought for a full refund.

Items I purchased were not what they looked like on app. Hair-clip was really small and hair bangs didn’t match. They tried to get me to take pictures of items and also a pic with the bangs on my head. After so many back and forth emails from them asking if I’ll accept 30%, then 40%. They finally gave me a return address in China. I landed up shipping items back and it cost me $22. I am requesting they reimburse me all or half the shipping. I will never order from Clarendale ever again, since they get over on American customers. I noticed when I received my pkg. the shipping label showed it was mailed from a New York address. They could have requested customers to send their return pkgs. there instead of China. I will be alerting international consumer affairs regarding Clarenale asking consumers to return pkgs. to China.

Ordered the 2 tier hanging water fountain. First one didn’t work. They did replace it, which I have just received and the pump and layers are not in it. Only the bowl and hanger. Have requested refund. We will see what happens now! June 17 received replacement and only half there. Oh course it’s the half I need. Do not have a workable one but I now have chip bowls. Not happy! Won’t refund either.

I have requested a return and can't get any info or am not able to get website or phone number to call. It's been six days of trying

The ordering process was fine. However when I received my order it was not up to the quality I expected and did not fit me correctly. It was very difficult to contact anyone to contact anyone for a return and refund. I have been trying to reach someone since May 20th. The day after the order was delivered and still no response. this is unacceptable Customer Service. I would never recamend that anyone do business with this company. Stay away this is a fraudulent company
