I tried to return my order, the pants were the lowest quality that I’ve seen!!! The fabric was see through, it ran very small and the quality of workmanship was extremely LOW!!! When contacting the company they offer 40 percent of a return to donated my order, when I asked for a full return of my money the return address was in China and the cost was mine. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The clothes that were shipped were made of poor quality material and two sizes too big. When I emailed the company to return them, they offered me a 40% refund and the chance to keep the clothes. I requested a full refund and to return them. They then offered me a 60% refund and keep the clothes. I settled with this outcome and hope to see the refund come through. This is not a company I recommend

Buyer beware! Bought 2 super cute dresses from this company. Didn't work for me because there's no stretch in the dresses. I reached out to the company to return and was met with nothing but hoops to jump through even though their website says you can return without hoops to jump through. First wanted pics (even though there was nothing wrong with the dresses, just didn't work for me). Then offered 40% off to keep them. Then they offered 60% off to keep them. I kept telling them I wanted to return. They then gave me an Asian address. When I asked for a US address they claimed they didn't have one even though they're Clarendale USA! I took the 60% off and am writing reviews so others don't get hassled and screwed like I was. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Incredibly unhelpful returns process. Do NOT believe their 100% Money Back guarantee. They try to make the returns process so difficult and expensive that you give up. They also point to non-existent items in their returns policy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I contacted the company regarding a refund of the pants that I purchased. The button is quite off center. They requested time to review my concerns and after three business days after hearing nothing, I followed up and they offered me a 40% refund. Based on this one and only purchase, their product, response time, and adherence to their own policy is dreadful.

Buyer beware! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The quality is terrible with stitches missing and the fabric and zipper are cheap. In addition the sizing is not US sizing. A medium is what I would say a petite extra small. They claim to offer refunds but will not send you instructions on how to return. They ask for pics of the item and a reorder to another size. No one wants a reorder of a cheaply made ill fitting scratchy pair of pants with a zipper that makes your skin hurt to touch it because it's so rough. I just want to send these back and get my money back. I have emailed them 10 times and they are ghosting me. I'm reporting this to my bank because someone needs to step in when a company takes your money for an item that's not as advertised and refuses to do the return that it claims you are allowed.

Ordered track pants. They send me something in a different material and colour than advertised. It was clearly stated in their policies that if you get a wrong item they will give you a full refund. Then they would not correct their mistake without me either paying for return shipping or paying them 30%. Would not let me speak to a manager. Clothes had no tags inside or out. They didn't even comment on the fact they had sent a completely different item so seemed they were aware of what happened. Bank agrees it was fraud and will reimburse. Please save yourself the hassle and don't order from Clarendale - they are scammers and commit fraud.
