I ordered the Florenza pants in XL and they took forever to arrive. The company did stay in touch and allowed tracking of the package. When they arrived they are nothing like the photograph (not beautifully layered or flowy) and fit like a size medium/large. There was also a hole in the center back seam due to poor construction. When I contacted the company, they were willing to replace them but XL was their largest size listed. When I asked for the full refund, they offered 40% and I could keep the pants, like that was a gift but it doesn’t fit and has a hole in the backside!!! I will NEVER order from here again and do not encourage others to buy inferior goods from a company who does not back their products. And shipping took FOREVER!!

Buyer beware! This company does not stand behind its products and does not clearly state their return policy on their website because they want to bargain with you to refund the lowest amount possible. Bought a pair of pants that were so egregiously unfit, I wanted to return for full refund. But that’s not what was offered. Instead, I was offered 40%, then 60% of the total spent. They do not pay for shipping back to China. Lots of AI emails make the company sound compassionate. Don’t fall for it.

I normally wear a size 8 to 10 and when I ordered a pair of pants from Clarendale, I ordered a medium and a large. The website says you can return anything within 30 days. I received both items and the sizing was so far off I could not get the pants above my knees on both sizes. I immediately reached out to the company and requested return shipping address for a full refund. I received several emails trying to convince me to exchange it for another item or keep the item with a 40% refund. I firmly told him that I wanted to return the items for a full refund and requested the return address with shipping instruction. They finally sent it to me and it was in China and they told me the shipping was on me. They offered me a 60% refund which I took because I had no idea what the shipping fees would be to China. None of this was forthcoming on the website when you ordered items. This was a total scam - never had this kind of experience with a company that is well represented on Instagram, Pinterest & PayPal. I can’t believe that I’m the only one that has had this experience and I believe the reviews that are showing on Clarendale‘s website are not real.

I purchased to clothing items. Both items were too large and of poor quality overall. At first the company offered a 40% replacement of the items. I asked to return the items and pay the shipping. Clarendale then offered a 60% refund. If I want to return the items I will need to ship them to China. Online platforms indicate clothing is being shipped within the USA. Do Not purchase from this company.

I ordered a bird feeder/fountain. The picture showed it with 6 birds on it. When it arrived, it was maybe a foot in height. No bird would ever fit on it. It was supposed to be copper but was some cheap metal painted to look like copper. The minute it had water in it, the water turned orange. I contacted Clarendale, whose ad said “30 day money back guarantee “. They first offered me 20% off to keep it, then 40% and finally 60%. I insisted I wanted a full refund. They then sent me a six line address in China to return it to (it was mailed to me from a US address). I called the credit card company. They told me they can’t force them to provide a US address for returns. They said if I was offered a 60% refund, I should “take the money and run”. This piece of junk cost $49.99. After the “credit” I paid $20 for something I threw in the garbage. My advice, never order anything from any ad on Social Media. I’ve been burned more than once doing this. Order from Amazon, Walmart … where you know you can return it, without a Chinese mailing address.

Ordered 3 blouses and two capri pants. The fabric and sewing are extremely low quality. I tried returning the items, but the website does not have a link for returns, i contacted customer service asking for instructions for the return. Customer service responded that they needed to know what items were being returned and to send pictures of the items. None of the items have tags, so how do you name them?? I sent pictures and described the items. I'm waiting on an answer. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, POOR RETURN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased an item on 6/6/26, the web site shows no questions 30 return, I recieved the item on 6/13/26. The quality is so poor, nothing like it was reported to be. I have made several attempts to contact the merchant to return the item. They only have a website for returns no phone number. It is now 7/2/26 and I have had no response. I have received 16 emails promoting sales. They absolutely do not live up to their return policy. I have called my bank to dispute the charge on my credit card. In addition I paid $64.99 for this outfit and I recently saw it on TEMU for $14.95, the quality is so poor I would not even take it for $14.95

I ordered 2 strapless bras. One came with missing hooks. Both were way too big even though I ordered the size based on their size guide. No one fron customer service will give me instructions for a return even though i sent them photos of the damaged bra. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
