If only zero stars were an option! I bought the Solera jumpsuit. It’s about 10” shorter than the pictures. Extremely flimsy material. Very poorly made. It took 6 requests for Clarendale to provide a returns address. The business model is about wearing the customer down to extract at least a % of the cost. Do not buy!

Reading most of other people's complaints and they match my issues. This company is a SCAM. I have not received my order stating (twice now) the item is out of stock. Takes 3-4 days to get a reply.. no phone contact phone numbers and their locations. Offer me 120% credit and now 100% credit. HA! I hope that this "company" can be shut down. What worries me they have my information. I will contact my bank to watch out for them! I'll never see my money!

The cotton-linen like utility pant with some stretch, that was supposed to be a warm khaki colour is a cheap fabric that definitely doesn't look close to linen and the colour is more orange than khaki. Of course no label to note what the fabric actually is. I've been back and forth with customer service and they'd like to send me the same pant in another colour or give me a store credit. I would just like to mail the pants back the Canadian address and get a refund. The pants are not cheap, just cheap looking. This store is a scam.

As other shoppers have reported, do not expect a full refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. First, you have to contact customer support by email (no phone number), they will ask you to submit a photo of each item you want to return, then starts the back and forth of customer service offering you “options” in lieu of making a return. First, they offered me a 100% credit to be used on their site; my second option was a 20% refund of the purchase price and I can keep the items. When I refused, they gave me a better option of 30% refund of the original price and I can keep the items. Do not be fooled by this company, which has a very nice looking website and promises of customer satisfaction. I regret my purchase from Clarendale and hope to warn others.

THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND AS STATED - OFFER YOU 20% TO KEEP SOMETHING THAT IS UGLY, SMELLS, AND DOESN'T FIT....OR YOU CAN BUY SOMETHING ELSE ON THEIR SITE. BUYER BEWARE!

This company is completely incommunicado. If you have a problem or a question you are ignored. I now see they are located in China, not apparent from the sound of their name and they sell through Shopify. Just minutes after submitting my order, I read some bad reviews about Clarendale's product quality and decided to cancel. That is when I discovered that the lack of phone or email support On their website they say that you must cancel an order within 12 hours, and they typically respond to messages within 24 hours. It has been more than 24 hours and I have yet to hear from them. I have reported them to my credit card company. Buyer beware!

Be very careful ordering from this company unless you are sure you will not need to return the item. I purchased pants that were the wrong size, multiple emails before they would agree to a return. Then provided with an address in China, they were unable to provide a receivers phone number. Then an address for Hong Kong provided - still no phone number. Australia Post agreed to send the item. Now advised it cannot be delivered to the address provided in Hong Kong and of course no phone number. Clarendale now ignoring all emails. No refund. Complete waste of time and money.

Beware of this company. The return policy is misleading. Do not buy clothing. The sizes are totally off. If you wear a 10 you are likely an XXL!!! They won’t accept a second return and you are stuck with 2 clothing items that do not fit. And you’ve lost your money. Customer service is coached to be polite to soften the blow of losing your money. Very bad company.
