Clanwarz is usually quite prompt when I start a support ticket. But sometimes they will even call you! For my last ticket, Jay called me and was willing to help me figure out an issue I was having with the FTP. You can't top that for support. Thank you, Clanwarz!

Clanwarz service has been currently and in the past very professional and always willing to go beyond the boundaries of only doing what is asked of them. They are not administrators of the gaming servers but when I told them I had a problem with COD4 (a ten year old game) configuration and hadn't configured a server in over 6 years. They went beyond the "call of duty" and walked me through some of the configuration and actually did a lot of the configuration that I didn't realize that needed to be done. Great server hosting company!!

This company/organization is really one of a kind. They are very friendly, helpful and very patient with you. If you encounter any problems, they would be there with a solution to help u resolve them. They have also guided me and gave me valuable tips to help me make my final decision to use them as a server provider for many years to come :)

I had a variety of advanced tasks to complete in order to setup the services I was purchasing from Clanwarz. Due to a variety of factors, including cooperative levels from other parties, the support staff had to spend quite a bit of time on my problems. It was great to see them following up on the problems before I felt the need to prompt them into the next step. They even called me on the phone... that never happens! They were never impatient and plowed through each problem with me until I was satisfied, never once did I feel like I was a burden upon them.
