i asked to change from ventrilo to teamspeak and the online help service helped me fully with setting it up , he gave me very good instructions and was very helpfull and answered every question ! Very good service !!! Will stay customer at clanwarz for a very long time :)

A few days ago, I had written a review on Clanwarz, which was rather negative. The review entailed my poor experience with both the servers and the host's social media handle. For a short synposis, the experience began with ClanWarz's poor connection to my server due to various DDoS attacks we suffered, which I later found out was the reason. After a few instances of poor connection, I contacted the company's Twitter account. Their twitter did not only ignore my inquiries, but it had also blocked me, along with my fellow co-owners. Confused and frustrated, I decided to send in a support ticket to the ClanWarz website stating this frustration with their services. Within 48 hours, one of the owners of ClanWarz took the time on Christmas day to have a verbal conversation with me regarding the incident. After the discussion, not only was my opinion changed, but my respect for both the company and leadership had altered; drastically. Not only were we offered overbearting condolences, but we were made aware of the kindness and excellent ownership that is behind ClanWarz. The individuals behind ClanWarz are kind and understand the user comes first, no matter what the cost. Not many companies will do this. There is something very unique about Clanwarz, and I am humbled by their professionalism. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this client, It is my hope that this review will convince you of their great customer service, and that it may spread to you aswell.

I ordered a CSGO warserver off this site being blind of what service they would have, so i took a chance. And i couldn't be more satisfied. Recently CSGO had a couple of patches. Contacted support and they fixed an issue on there side. The server worked great after that, then another patch came the day after, tried to update, didnt work, contacted again and they prepared the master files ready for a reinstall. Did the reinstall, still didnt work. So i got a new server because of this issue. So from being completly unknown about there products/services, I would recommend these guys! +Quick support response +Cheap. +You get good service. +Refund if it doesn't work out. + Low ping close to were you are. -abit slow administration (loading takes a while) but im guessing there site is in the US so not that slow if it's actually in the US.

Great customer service from the staff, Even if they cant talk to you in the ticket they come on teamspeak server in person to help and solve it. first class customer service. Great staff.

The reason why I'm taking the time out to write this is because this server domain means a lot to me. My best friend of 9 year was the previous owner and payments probably stopped in May because he wasn't able to pay for it anymore because he died in May. I saw the server was taken by someone else and as soon as I saw it was available, which was today, I took the chance to keep it for myself. Mike was able to reserve the IP my best friend and I purchased it immediately. I may or may not even use the server but the fact that I was able to get it makes me happy which is why I appreciate Mike, your sales rep, for helping me obtain this IP.
