Clanwarz is run by down to earth admins that treat their customers like people. I had a problem with clanwarz's auto change system and lost money to their PayPal. So I send in a ticket and got a reply in a within the hour, we had a talk about the payment and workout that PayPal somehow set up two subscriptions and got charged twice, so we worked it out and I got set up with some credit to my name. The guy running this company knows what he is doing and how to be fair. At the end of the day, I will recommend this company over any other, Give them a shot and see for yourself.

Really good customer service real quick to fix your problem I love it

After having a TS3 server with another provider for over two years, our Elder Scrolls Online Guild had gotten tired of the endless disconnects and robot sounding voices. When contacting support we were told the servers they have are not DDOS protected and that those servers were being attacked, causing many TS3 servers to go down multiple times. It makes it hard to run PVP Raid Groups when you can't hear the other members because of robot voices or we all get disconnected constantly. After searching for a new provider we decided to go with Clanwarz and so far they have been great. Easy setup and the Control Panel makes it easy to set Server and Channel Groups up as well as assign permissions. When I have had problems, none to do with the TS3 server, their support team has always responded quickly and been able to resolve our issues. Just to be clear, the issues mainly have been with forgotten Control Panel password or setting up the SinusBot (MusicBot). I have already referred Clanwarz to other GM's of guilds I am in on ESO and if things continue to go smoothly I am sure we will be with Clanwarz for a very long time.

The support was amazing for what my problem was and even more support was given when the staff member was assisting me by him coming onto my teamspeak and speaking to me and also showing me how to fix my problems!
