I would actually like to give Claire’s zero stars. My daughter saved up to buy a pack of 10 rings that she had been admiring for a long time. When the rings arrived, 2 were broken into pieces and 3 others were so big they didn’t even fit on my fingers. They are obviously not children’s sized rings. I emailed Claire’s customer service and Natasha said I could return the rings at my expense. I had already paid $6 for shipping to my house and she wanted me to pay another $6 to ship back. The rings were $10 so that made no sense. I then sent pictures of the broken rings and pictures of the rings that were huge on my 9 year old daughter. She then said too bad, we won’t refund you money or exchange them since the package had been opened. I have now opened a case with American Express and will never ever shop at Claire’s again.

Moi non plus je n'ai pas lu les avis avant, je suis déçue car contrairement au précédent avis j'ai bien reçu mes commandes mais chaque fois partiellement, alors que sur le site il était indiqué que les produits étaient en stock ! et en plus ça ne correspondait pas à ma commande ! dommage car j'ai toujours été satisfaite des produits achetés en magasin

Hice un pedido en febrero por el cumpleaños de mi hija, NUNCA llegó. Les escribí un e-mail y fue cuando me informaron que no localizaban dónde se encontraba mi pedido, si no es porque les envié el correo, aún estaría esperando a que llegue la compra. NO RECOMIENDO HACER PEDIDOS POR SU WEB.

This place does not even deserve one star. Happily take your money. 2 weeks later still havent despatched my items although says 3-5 working days for delivery, more than enough time for my neices birthday. A chocolate fireguard is more helpful than this pathetic customer service team. Disgrace of a service should be taken down to stop taking peoples well earned money. Contact your bank for a charge back people if you dont receive your goods like me. Pointless now my neices birthday has been and gone!

I've been trying to order here for weeks and none of my orders / payments go through (using paypal). I can use other online services with paypal just fine so it's not on me. Now the item I wanted is out of stock? This sucks. I can't contact anyone either.

I got a 7 dollar ring from clairs and the minnet i took it out of the boxs it brok in haf I hate clairs

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, still hasn't shipped. Requested order be cancelled and they said their policy won't allow them to cancel. Then I said if it happens to try to deliver I would refuse and they said I would still be responsible for it. THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!! I will never order from them again.

Me hice dos piercings que me costaron muy caros, la loción no sirvió de nada, se me infectaron ambos y los tuve que quitar... Encima ese mismo día compré un conjunto de pendientes de "plata" según la dependienta y el envoltorio morado donde viene escrito que son "plata de ley"... Ya que le informé que tengo alergia a la bisutería y solo me sirve el acero quirúrgico y la plata. Los pendientes me costaron como si lo fueran desde luego... La sorpresa me la llevé cuando al año y medio me reabro los piercings (esta vez en joyería, porque después de mi experiencia en Clarie's no lo iba a repetir) y me pongo esos supuestos pendientes de "plata"... A la semana se me infectan ambos agujeros en los cuales los llevaba puestos. La piel en carne viva y los pendientes negros. Para nada recomiendo que compren absolutamente ningún articulo de esa tienda. Artículos y joyería de pésima calidad a precios absurdos, dependientas sin experiencia, que te lían y encima te mienten...Horrible experiencia.
