Order placed 10th October still not received. Been hanging on the phone most of yesterday and today. I’ve emailed I got an auto reply saying they will contact me in 5 to 6 working days🤬 Order was for 2 fascinations for a wedding which will have been and gone before I get a reply!!! I want a refund let’s see if it materialises. First and very last time of using Claire’s 🤬

2 mails envoyés pas de réponse et toujours pas de commande reçu pourtant passée en date du 27/09/2021, j'essaie de suivre mon colis un message s'affiche et me dit une erreur est survenue, impossible de savoir où est mon colis. Je vais me renseigner pour déposer plainte si quelqu'un veut ce joindre à moi... Fuyait pas du tout sérieux 😡

Order placed 29 Aug '21. Dispatched 2 Sept '21. Still no sign of order 7 Oct '21. Was required for birthday present on 9 Sept '21. WEBSITE STILL STATES EU DELIVERY 4-7 WORKING DAYS. I should have received 8 Sept '21 at the latest. DISGUSTED.

Disgusted with this shop my daughter has a very serious infection from poor advice given by this place ! My drs are reporting them as well as myself seeking legal advice the manager of the shop seems to think she knows more then the professional body peircer we spoke with do not take your children to these cowboys

Absolutely shocking customer service! I placed a very large order beginning of July, over £140, I received a message to say partial order sent and delivery took way over the 3-5 day delivery time. Now over 2 1/2 months later I’m still chasing up my refund for the items that weren’t sent. I’ve sent email after email, they don’t even send a reply for days/week, I did get sent a reply back one time, saying the stuff is on its way, well still no stuff and still no refund! I’ve spent hundreds of pounds over the years, but they’ve lost me as a customer now!

Compre por tienda fìsica y me timaron, añadieron un producto de mas que yo no compre, no me di cuenta hasta que ví la factura, es una tienda bastante cara, cuando los productos no son de tanto valor, también intentan venderte cosas carísimas, diciendo te que son gratis por la compra de 3 productos, pesíma la verdad.
