Claire's Florence, KY.Reviews of claires.com

Ordered items for birthday presents. No issues with ordering online - items delivered on time and satisfied with communication from Claire’s Customer Service regarding order. Really pleased with items purchased, very cute things for little girls. Taken 1 star off as the order was sent with no protective packaging for shipping - upon opening the items were strewn about and I had to click some items back together again. Please in future include protective packaging inside boxes for shipping. Apart from this one issue all was perfect. Thank you. Will definitely shop online again for presents🎁

Great range accessories to choose from. My daughter loves the fashion items from here with make up and earrings. Not bad prices too and they have a lot of offers on like 3 for 2.I would say great for children or young teens.

I found exactly what I was needed. Good customer care.
