Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. aucune réponse au téléphone ni aux emails. C'est de l'arnaque pure et dure !!!!

I ordered something from them recently and they messed up the order because they use some idiotic convoluted shipping method where the order starts with UPS then gets transferred to USPS. Claire customer service said there was nothing they could do when my order was messed up and they wouldn’t resend it, they could only refund me. I still haven’t been refunded and I just will never get my order. I will never order anything from this company again. It’s ridiculous! I would give zero stars if possible.

Attention aux prix gonflés pour bénéficier d'une pseudo promo 3 achetés 3 offerts ...c'est bien simple les prix sont le double de ce qu'ils devraient être ! Pareil pour les soldes!!

1ere commande sur internet et elle sera la dernière!!arnaque totale, commande soit disant livrée mais où??pas chez moi en tout cas!!impossible d'accéder au suivi de commande, personne au téléphone, en tout cas l'argent a été prelevé et très rapidement!!je suis partie pour vous faire une sacrée pub

La commande n''est jamais arrivée alors que notifée "livrée" sur le site mais aucun lien vers un suivi de commande. Belle arnaque. j'ai deux commande comme ça en attente chez eux. Pour le moment aucun retour de leur part. A FUIR!!!!!! Voici mes numéros de commande: 012219829 et 012242836

NOT PROFESSIONAL IN PIERCING EARS. Please do not let your children be subjected to the unhygienic, unenthusiastic and lack of knowledge team. They claim they have experience via training but we ourselves went to different stores and was given conflicting aftercare advice they actually said the other store had a reputation of having issues and people returning. Honestly your children are precious and if you was thinking like us your child will receive a nice experience to make the ear piercing as nice as it could be, you will thank me for just taking your child to a jeweller where you will receive the correct job, good earrings and proper aftercare advice. They have lots of bad press as a brand just do a simple Google. Do not let another child end up in hospital because of marketing tactics that lure them in.

I would give zero stars if would allow. absolutely the worst company to deal with, horrible customer service, and wasted hours trying to cancel a subscription. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS FOR SURE.

Délais de livraison beaucoup trop long commande passée il y a 15 jours toujours pas reçu, je m'étais prise en avance mais malheureusement je n'aurais pas ma commande dans les temps pour mon évènement. Très déçue je ne recommande pas.
