A few months ago i purchased an item from claire’s for a fancy dress party in claire’s galway. It turned out i no longer needed the item so i tried to return it two days later, when i went in the item was still in the bag with the receipt. When i was returning it the woman asked me the number on the back of my card and said it didn’t match the number on the receipt. She then said “i could have stolen it from someone and brought it in to try and return it” (the item was 11 euro). I asked her if the number could be different as i used apple pay to purchase it and she told me that no it made no difference at all and i couldn’t return it. Anyone working in retail should know that the numbers do change and when i looked it up online when i went home it confirmed that it can. She was supposedly a manager so i don’t understand how someone can have such little knowledge and experience and be a manager? terrible shop and she was extremely rude

C’est honteux peu importe qu’on se fasse livrer ou qu’on aille chercher en magasin (un produit qui est dispo au magasin). Ils nous font quand même payer les frais de livraison de 5,49 euros alors qu’en allant directement au magasin, on paye juste le prix initial. Aucun intérêt d’acheter sur leur site. Il faut faire attention!

Enseigne de mauvaise fois, ma fille a fait un achat espèce de 55€ le 21/12/2022 et a changé d’avis le jour même, ils lui ont remboursé par cb mais le remboursement n’a jamais été crédité sur son compte. Ils nous ont demandé de passé par le médiateur mais ne se sont jamais connecté, donc à ce jour, ils doivent toujours à ma fille de 15 ans 55€ et nous n’arrivons à contacter personne…. À fuir à tout prix!

Mi sono imbattuta in questo negozio a Roma al c.c Aura, per curiosità sono entrata per l’acquisto di alcuni piercing, al momento del pagamento la commessa mi dice che era in atto la promozione che all’acquisto di un piercing potevo usufruire dell’omaggio di elastici, mollette etc… In tutto il negozio cerco qualcosa di decente ma nulla… alla fine mi sono accontentata di un elastico (15€) assurdo mi dirigo in cassa mi dicono che ne dovevo prendere ancora un altro… io sbalordita (da uno ora addirittura due?) vabbe ne prendo in altro (15€) ve li avrei fatti vedere che dal cinese li avrei pagato entrambi 5/7€. Al momento del pagamento avevano applicato il prendi 3 paghi 2, che non avevo richiesto ne richiesto e non ne avevo bisogno. Io li per li ho pagato, hanno preso i soldi, colpa mia che non ho chiesto prima di pagare! Ma mi hanno detto eh mi dispiace signora ormai è andata. Avevo chiesto uno storno mi ha risposto che non potevano farlo, che l’azienda non lo permette, in modo molto scontroso non metterò mai più piede dentro a quel posto! Assurdo tutto questo!

Really really bad service here at the scunthorpe store. Shockingly bad! The store manager (Rosina England)& her child worker friend have zero training in how to run a shop or even deal with a customer. These 2 girls running this shop will lose all customers. They have zero interest in helping a customer & simply don't seem to care about their job. Will never come back to this store again. Hopefully they will be replaced with staff who actually know what they are doing. I feel sorry for the owner of the branch... I hope they read this & realise they have employed clowns who don't care!

Absolutely awful. Do not order from them. Ordered online on the Thursday and was advised ready to collect within hours. Heard nothing, four days later I was still chasing my order which had been cancelled without anyone bothering to let me know and despite Track My Order status still saying ‘In Progress’. Was told my money won’t have been taken until fulfilled which was incorrect as it was showing as having left my account. Terrible, unsympathetic service from staff in the store I was due to collect from. I’ll never order or visit again and will tell as many people as I can to do the same.
