Great company to do business and quick to pay. CKY takes some books the other companies do not. The only thing I could see as an improvement would be to get a little more money for trade-in on some of the books so it doesn't take so many books (so much weight) to make a complete order.

I got the full amount and there were no issues, but took almost two weeks to process.

Called Customer Service after receiving email stating my like new book was rejected due to torn binding. It left here in like new condition so I assumed the worst that I was being scammed. Looks like the USPS was the culprit. In the future will try to ship more than 1 book so I can utilize the Fedex and UPS option w/ insurance. Knowing I was upset and out the quoted money I was offered payment to review my Customer Service experience. He knew I was upset and went out of his way to make me a satisfied customer, Yay for CKY but Boo for the Postal Service.

Accepted my books and gave me a fair price for what I traded in. Paid for shipping costs as well

I have had good experiences with CKY Books. I love to read and over time I accumulate a lot of books. I have limited space and need to get rid of some, so I looked for outlets to sell them. One of the places I found was CKY Books. They don't buy everything, but I found that they were willing to buy many of my books. They are very reliable, and when they stated a price for my books, they followed through on it. Shipping was quick and painless, and payment was received in good time and as promised. If you have some books lying around, I recommend CKY Books as a place to sell them.
