They pretended to pay me twice (removing the funds from my total). When I queried why my bank never received the money, they played dumb for a while and then after a lot of back and forth, they tell me they don't pay into South African bank accounts...despite accepting my bank details and never once mentioning this during sign up. To date, they have still not returned the money back to my total, meaning they are still pretending they paid me, whilst insisting they don't pay South African accounts. Basically, they took my commissions for themselves.

Worst affiliate network I've used. I made $1500 and they never paid it out. I emailed support multiple times, they reassured me the payment would go through but it never did. Every time I checked the balance, it mysteriously decreases and the payments were never made. Steer clear. Impact & Katalys are so much better.

I don't know what's wrong with the format they use for connecting brands with affiliates but it's ridiculous. I'm a new website but have got nothing but refusals here while being connected with 40 top brands on Rakuten and counting!!

I've had a positive experience as an affiliate. I agree with another use that banners could be higher resolution and more attractive, but I've had no issues creating deep links and attaching them to my own graphics. I haven't had any issues with their payment system or navigating the website though it could be more intuitively organized.

Your website is very slow, it takes you ages to answer in support messages, and the interface also bad and inconvenient. I hope to find something better asap

The widgets are excellent, and the customer service is quite good. However, I’ve noticed some banner ads that are either in foreign languages, too small, or just unattractive. On a positive note, I appreciate being able to view the banner ads before committing to the partnership, and overall, I'm pleased with them. One aspect I'd like to see improved is the account shutdown policy, which occurs after six months, regardless of whether you're generating income or not. It can be quite a hassle to keep track of this without any notifications. I found out my account had been shut down while I was actively running campaigns, which forced me to go through the reinstatement process. If it takes me time to resolve this issue, it also means I'm potentially losing out on revenue.

The recent redesign of the website is quite disappointing. Locating links from other companies and correspondence has become a challenging task. Despite receiving tens of thousands of clicks, I have not made any sales, which is difficult to comprehend. Additionally, my active account is frequently closed every three months due to inactivity, even though I consistently update my links. Since the day I registered, there has been a lack of communication between myself and CJ. I am beginning to question whether the effort I have invested in adding these links to my website and social media platforms will ever yield any returns.
