From the moment I made an inquiry call and got a return call from James Hatcher within minutes I received nothing but excellent service. There was a fast pace the whole time and from start to finish it was over in 8 days. James returned my texts immediately and almost always answered my calls. I am very impressed with him and with the company in general. A big thanks to the whole team. Diana Kilber

Jackie and Rebecca are an amazing team that go far beyond the minimum required to get deals close. They understand HOW to structure and get the job done.

Called them after a denial due to difficulties with income although I have a stellar credit score and no lack of down payment. Talked with Matt, painless application, answered EVERY call no matter time day and night (and there were a few to say the least). Funded in 2 weeks! I would recommend this company to anyone.

If loan process could be faster, it would be better.
