Very Positive experience!

Delightfully easy process!

Civic FS were very fast and efficient, highly recommend!

Tedd is the best, no matter what day of the week or hour he wss always answering and replying to me, he was just great, thanks to all the team as well.

jackie gonzalez was incredible. patrick morgan put us in touch with her immediately the day we reached out and we closed just weeks after. jackie was on the ball, kept us updated, was super knowledgeable and worked with us the whole way to make sure the deal was done and done the right way. she was a dream to work with. super positive. i was under a lot of stress on my side of the transaction due to a closing date we had to meet (we had a different lender fall out) and she was cool, calm and collected. cant say enough good things about her.

Terms were great but closing speed was not as advertised and we were still providing documents up until the last minute. We had to push back closing twice and nearly lost our deal. We had our account manager switched on us in the middle of the deal which was the cause of a lot of the issues.

Civic is an extremely reliable company,and Scott gave us a superb service.

Michael was amazing, he was there for me every step of the way. He was always available to answer the phone including nights and weekends. Civic does things the right way. Seriously the best.
