Excellent service from Beginning to end

Always great service

Michael ricigliano worked fast and kept his promise to get the loan docs out by a certain time, but had to jump through a lot of hoops (too many conditions) and communication was a bit frustrating because they only communicate by email. Other than that, they were able to take care of my needs for this transaction.

Arnold and Becky were doing a great job ! Especially Arnold keep me poster on the loan process on every steps. I am so glad that he is my loan officer and will do more business with Civic Financial Services again, and also will refer my relatives and friend to you if they need your services.
