Thank you for a great experience at Civic. Smooth transaction. Dan worked with me from start to finish answering every question I had. All staff emailed promptly and all docs were in order in a timely fashion. Will recommend to other investors. A+!

Anthony made the loan process very easy and quick! This was my second loan with Anthony and won't be my last! Great service!!
Dennis
Overall a good experience. Some communication issues that caused some redundancy in providing the information required, but overall a good transaction and was able to close within the timeframe given. They should probably be a little more upfront about the additional processing fees that are incurred on top of the points and interest.

Great team to help get through the process.

Easy close from start to finish. Jacquelyn and Dianabel were responsive and made sure everything was ready to go for our closing (which had a very short closing period). Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
