I wanted to cancel and kept asking them through Facebook and email. Didn’t respond until they shipped it. But they responded but when they shipped and said you can refuse the package when it gets to you. Yeah well guess what I went to get groceries when it arrived and didn’t get to cancel on time because ups already shipped it. So I decided to go to ups and take it back and the man was so rude, not only he made me wait but never helped me and said they can’t take it without a new tag. So I email citywide twice letting them know of this situation. Guess what still no response I emailed them 3-4 days ago. DONT BUY from them if you plan on returning something they won’t respond.

Received the grill that I bought. Went to out it together and the side was bent and the piece where the leg gets put on was bent, I was given 2 of 1 piece that I did not need and was not given the propane hook. Grill is also missing 3 rivets that were already pre installed in the grill. Absolutely horrible. Should have just bought a grill from Lowe's more expensive but would have at least received a new and undamaged item!

The delivery was good and the box was in good shape but the piece of machine was broken. It is part of the card holder which isn't worth returning this big heavy gym set. I would rate the company great. I do not really think its their fault it was broken but only giving one star because it was broken.

I did not get what I was expecting... and ended up overpaying for what I received. **This edit is in response to the reply.*** They just take what sells for less elsewhere and mark it up as a middle man. This hoop was less expensive elsewhere (they said I couldn't reference the name of the other company)... only $699 and from CityWide it was $749... Also, there was no model number on City Wides store. When I ordered it, I was expecting this model (86604AGP), which under a web search... Citywide showed up as one of the vendors for the product... I can't post the link, but if you go to an online search and type in 86604AGP... and go to shopping... you'll see city wide offering this product. Supposedly they were offering this model for $749, which I thought was a great deal. However, I ended up with 88565G, which is lower quality and less expensive elsewhere. Again, there was no model number on the page. I only overpaid $50, but I'm just annoyed. The hoop came with a B.O.L.(bill of lading) from another major company. The same thing I found for other products they offer... They show it's on sale and then it's less expensive elsewhere. It's a good business model for City Wide... drop ship on behalf of another major supplier with a slight mark up... no overhead... limited cost.. just host a site.. Basically, city wide is another third party affiliate company. Do your homework before you purchase.... Save your money and just order from elsewhere.
